I love the video! My horse doesn't let me mess with his face or tail or touch them in general. Do you have any suggestions for getting him used to me doing so? I need him to get used to it because his tail is always a mess. Thanks!

Ashleigh Crouse you just have to keep touch him like with face maybe get a cloth slowly start at the cheek work you're way up to the forhead if hes throwing his head just keeo going rub the cloth in small circles keep going untill he stop once he stops doing what ever he is doing give him a good pat and keep doing that untill he gets better and with tail just small touches like while brushing hs flanks or along his rump just keep brushing but at the same time just reach out grab his tail and let go keep doing that untill he stops moving or whatever he is doing and once he starts to get good maybe hold it for a little longer sorry this is so long im probably not the person you wanted to reply if you try this i hope it works for you it worked for me but hey not everything works for everyone good luck

Im curious why you don't wear travelling boots when floating your horse. Is it "can't be bothered ", "running late " etc or a deliberate choice not to. Leg damage is likely if you need to brake suddenly or the horse becomes unsettled. I always did.

Where do you buy your roeckl gloves from? The only store within like two hours of Canberra that stocks roeckl gloves are Horseland and they cost like $100 so I've been on the search for a better place to buy them :) (even if it's an online store or somewhere else in Australia or overseas).
