Thank you so much for making this video. I am new to rhythmic gymnastics and this core strength workout is really helping me out. You are so good and you are really pretty too.

Love your videos, would be awesome if you could add voice overs when moving from one exercise to the next, it's hard to watch and do it at the same time.

Core strength is also very important for me, not just for gymnasts and dancers. And since short, I already discovered my back flexibility improves in a surprised way if I strengthen my multifidus (back muscle), so this is the way if I want to learn things such as a needle. But strengthening my core muscles can also improve my flexibility. So many people don't know, but strength is very important for extreme flexibility. I'm already very flexible, but to go next level, I need to strengthen my core & back muscles, especially my TVA (transverse abdominal) muscles and multifidus muscles.

Wait but how does strength help in flexibility?
@QYoga-IvermectinIsAwesome2 жыл бұрын
@@maratmankov179 More strength can improve your flexibility because then your flexibility will get better support.

I also read a lot about how important it is to engage core muscles (and also pelvic floor muscles) for more flexibility. People who can't do the splits, even after many years of stretching, suddenly can do the splits when they learn to engage their core muscles. I have more flexibility than that, but I see the potential to be able to do more flexible stuff such as a chest stand or a needle if I learn to engage my core muscles.

How much of core exercises minutes should you do daily so it can help you gain more flexibility? Like how much minutes overall of core exercises?
@QYoga-IvermectinIsAwesome2 жыл бұрын
@@maratmankov179 I recommend 5 to 10 minutes if you're a beginner. Just do the exercises in this video and you should be fine. There is also a video of HannahMartinRg to improve your back strength, which is beneficial for back flexibility too. If you're a beginner, just start with 5 minutes.
