My mom and I refinanced our mortgage. We had a 30-year in 1997 before refinancing it 2 times. In 2003, my mom helped me to make the refinance to a 20-year. Had to wait at least 1 week because I was about to send the next Mortgage payment. But the payoff was less (>) than the monthly payment. When I called the mortgage company it told me that I had to wire the final balance. In which I did. Giving her the payoff letter was the greatest gift she ever received. It was my gift too because my name was on the note. That payoff letter was her last birthday gift she received. My brothers and I are now on our own. But the memory will live with me for life. The house is now what I call now: "MY OWN". GRACIAS MAMA. Y TAMBIEN A TI PAPA POR TODO!!!!🙏🏼🙏🏼.

dont feel bad my friend. my dad walked out on my first birthday, and i never saw him again. i dont have any memories of him. my sister 5 when he left, and she asked me when i was 30 if i was jealous he showed her much love, and me nothing. i said no, i was glad she got as much love as she had, but i cant be angry over something ive never had. at that point, my dad or love! so its okay Gabriel. you not only did good, but you did good in spite of him doing you like he did! keep your chin up!
