Hi Halestone, first off, Happy New Year to you and congratulations on your pending promotion to the Regular Army. Don't worry about not posting videos, there is more to life than You Tube, and you seem to have the correct balance between work, life and posting reaction videos. People don't get anywhere if the balance isn't right, they just develop an unhealthy addiction to a medium that is ultimately meaningless. Keep the focus on getting through officer training, you're on the right path, so best wishes to you. Remember this - respect as an officer is earned, it's not an entitlement just because you're wearing a Lt's badge. Get to know artillery work inside out, Be firm but always be fair with your men, have respect for them and they will return the favour.
