Nice nice. Some suggestions, get a day cleaning maid come in 2-3 days a week. Get to know a gd handyman that can fix almost everything or if you can do it , get a tool box n power drill. I normally fix everything and deep clean the house at least once before I move in. And also buy whatever electrical stuff needed eg. microwave, TV , dehumidifier ( a must for GZ ) , coffee machine , sound system, mini oven , etc. Things r so cheap here you don’t need to think twice. Sometimes the fittings are below par , just change what is needed , makes life easier- like shower head , taps , coat hangers etc. I don’t even bother telling the landlord. Then your house turns into a home. Happy settling down.

I know that it is extremely difficult for Americans and their allies to believe that the pollution in China isn't too bad anymore. China has many EVs in the big cities.
