It's not just Devil Jin, but the problem of command buffer... Try different characters and you'll see that you can start attack before returning to stance.

Asuka can parry Kuma's uf4, 3 but ONLY when the full uf4, 3 was inputted. If Kuma inputs only uf4, Asuka cannot parry it.

Claudio's hurtbox is just weird. I use b1 1+2 with Leo in certain situations, and he just goes right through it and hopkicks as a wiff punish. Annoying as hell.

Regarding the heat dash punish, yeah, it has been like this since the beginning of the game, another bug that happens is when you go into replay and watches the p1, if you won, it will show as if you lost

There's also a bug where if nina's FF 4 gets blocked and she does WS 2 after her roll that the WS 2 will be guaranteed if the opponent presses back twice for a quick back dash. And leo's high/low attack (B 1+4) can be block punished but it cant be low parried and I don't think they intended to have that as apart of leo's kit PLEASE FIX immediately.

If you do ewhf 4~3 floorbreak 2+3 -> heat cancel move -> scaling will be 35% and you can do db3,3,2 like near the wall

When Bryan does a safe move then crouches, if the opponent does a HIGH, HIGH move, you can't do FCdf2,1. They fixed it for FCdf4 but not for FCdf2,1. Both options didn't work on T7 btw. I would get mad to see my opponents punish me like that if I were a DVJ... Great vid and exposure! 👍

I think Paul's b+2,1 is not the problem coz of the damage and the second hit tech trap and launches on counter hit. If it use as a combo ender and tech trap counter hit, its a real death combo.

A little part of me is saying that they intended this. Way back before they released frame data (Atleast official tools to check for them), they wanted a more "Feel" type kind of punishing, rather than what the frame data dictates. I don't know, perhaps this is their way to compensate for that ideology and for releasing official frame data? Seems like counter-intuitive, yes. But that's just my 1 cent.

This probably isn’t a bug - I recall patch notes said certain inaccuracies in damage and frame data will be updated in the next patch (I may be wrong but recall hearing this).

@@ekorajeanekouaho9915 The vast majority of power crush attacks have armor on frame 7. I tested this by hitting with Victor's d/f+1 which is +4 on hit, then doing a jab which is i10. (The bot was set to Opponent actions: standing, and action after a hit or block: Punish with the character's power crush). This leaves exactly a 6 frame gap. I tested Alisa's b+1+2, Bryan's f+1+2, Devil Jin's d+1, Dragunov's 1+2, Eddy's b+3+4, Hwoarang's d/f+3,4, Jin's d+1, Kazuya's f+2, King's b+3, and Victor's b+1+2. All of these moves were hit out before the armor started. If I was only +3, then the armor would activate and absorb the jab (which lines up with the armor being active on frame 7). There are _three_ exceptions I found: King's d/b+1+2, Devil Jin's b+1+3 (also performed with b+2+4), and Zafina's b+1+3 (also performed with b+2+4). These moves get armor on frame 6. Have you found any other exceptions?

They just fixed a bug last patch regarding interrupting high strings on hit. That has been a thing for a long time too.

@@eyeofefil A move that's -10 being punishable by moves that are slower than 10f, but only if you sidestep first isn't an issue? He's not sidestepping a follow up attack and punishing, the move just doesn't work on block like it's supposed to and that's a problem. "It is what it is" is just what people say when they have no actual good reasoning to defend something, but want to seem better than other people who want something to change. And no, "it's been broken since [insert Tekken game]" isn't a good reason. If it's gonna be punishable by i14 moves, just make it -14 and fix the bug. If not, then make it -10 and fix the bug. Either way there's no reason for this behavior to exist besides giving people the ability to feel smug for knowing an obscure bit of matchup knowledge. "Look for a different one or create your own." The latter statement is just insanely dumb, yeah I think I'll just go rustle up $150 million and make my own AAA 3D fighting game. Plus considering at the moment that Tekken is basically the only 3D fighting game that's still alive, you can't even look for a different game.
