Harbor Freight Rear Motorcycle Swingarm Stand

I currently ride a CBR600RR and I'm looking for a bike stand. Many people will be quick to criticize that it's made in China. I've purchased more then my fair share from Harbor Freight and I've been pleased. I'm going to Harbor Freight today to check one out. Thanks for taking the time to share. God Bless

Correct. Some people just like to jump on any negative bandwagon. The majority of items seems to be made in china. (your phone, tv, computer, etc.) Most are good. American made items are not all good either. Will be trying this stand on a 600 soon as I can.

Good video, I bought one for an r1 and unfortunately the swing arm is too thick. So for anyone out there who has a 1000cc your swing arm may be too big for the stand.

Sorry for replying late. I would recommend it, just make sure it works for your bike’s swing arm.. It only likes straight ones

Only issue is if you have an MT03 it will bend the sprocket guard thing. Other than that it holds the bike when I need with no issues.

@@JimyOfficial pretty sure it will work, just look at your swing arm and make sure it’s not one of those curvy ones or in an angle. This mount likes straight swingarms.

It's advertised as a 1000lbs stand but I probably wouldn't let my 800lbs bike rest on it over night

@@enzo6sixty Well it's what you do. You take a 2x4 or sometimes even 4x4 it's just temporary so you can safely with 2 hands use the rear lift

Stand in the right side of your bike. Grasp the passenger seat strap in your right hand. Erect the bike with kickstand still down, steady bike with your thigh Use your left hand to position your bike stand and push it down. The arms will catch and one hand is good enough with that much leverage. Do it all the time at the shop. To release. Stand on the right side, reverse procedure with kick stand already down
