I'm sorry I missed the part where you said it went to dim instead of off. Of course it will drain constantly and not last very long even at low voltage.

It will last 31/2 to four hours...if...you have continuous motion to activate it. At night motion wont be continuous. Right?

You have the Floodlight model. You want the Motion Sensor model. I have 2 of those floodlights like that in my back yard except they are one piece with a big solar panel like that one, it's surprising how well it charges all year even on a cloudy day, about 6 hours this time of year, all night during the summer. My whole back yard is solar lights everywhere, all different kinds. I have two M-S a 40LED and 100LED on a string hanging on the patio post, need a flashlight it's hanging on the post. I just ordered a 600LED two nights ago on an online auction place $12.47 free shipping. This one should light up half the neighborhood, has Remote too. Thank for Sharing!!

What harbour freight has done by having people join the inside track club may be fatal..i haven't been back i would rather go to home depot or Lowes spend a little more money but have better quality..was it that bad to send out coupons..i know you can go on line and use the app...only good for big ticket items..Northern still gives out coupons..
