I tried the 4D gummies recently,They were randomly at my dollar store when my mom got them for me.The filling was very good,But the gummy case feels weirdly 'wet' and not as flavored.But it was very good anyway, that i would definitely get more.I even saw the 4D build block gummies 😊❤

Yes, Lotte is a Korean company
@KenKobayashiRasmussen
@KenKobayashiRasmussen 5 ай бұрын
LOTTE was created by a Korean immigrant to Japan, he studied in Japan, married in Japan and changed his name to a Japanese name. LOTTE was a Japanese company, that used Japanese engineering and creativity. After the Korean war, The Korean government denied LOTTE to open and trade in Korea unless he moved the headquarters to South Korea and moved back. The owner has since mentioned that he was threatened and forced. Today Lotte is most definitely a Korean company, but LOTTE this has a Japanese department that runs like in the old days, this means many LOTTE products are actually invented in Japan. An example of this is the trending Corn Shaped Ice cream cone, This is a copy of a very popular Japanese corn ice cream from Hokkaido (Hokkaido is known for their dairy products and sweet sweet corn). Korea had national ban on anything Japanese up til til the late 90's. This is why many products in Korea is just copied products from Japan, Koreans believe they are original to Korea and Japan copied, but its the other way around due to the ban. A Good example of this is the Small fritter sized shrimp chips snack, and many other products.

I think the konjac jelly candies are banned here in the UK because they can be a choking risk. I think their lack of dissolving is the reason they are more likely to cause choking, especially if they're given to children.

I think those "boiled eggs" have completely outdone the typical "fried egg" gummies we have in the UK (probably available elsewhere, I know Hariob do them and they're everywhere!), those are just the white faomy chewy stuff with a glob of yellowy orange gummy stuff, and not much flavour to them... :P

kzbin.info/www/bejne/hZa6hWR7edygrJI Was wondering if you had seen this. It's about foods that were served in Old West saloons. I was surprised to learn that some of them had fancy French cuisine, including oysters that were shipped by train to towns out west! Most of them served more simple fare, though, such as pork and beans. If you haven't done it already, maybe you could make a few videos based on these recipes.

If you think gummies that look like hard boiled eggs are weird (even though they turned out to be gum balls), you should try gummy eye balls, brains, and organs. I was an elementary school teacher, and I bought a lot of stuff for my students from a teachers' catalog. That included stuff for Halloween, like the above mentioned weird gummies. And on the subject of weird gummies... When I was a kid, I once got an interesting Christmas present. It allowed you to make "gummy" bugs: spiders, centipedes, roaches, etc. It came with little envelopes of jelly (kind of like the jelly you get at fast food restaurants to put on toast and biscuits). You'd squirt some of the jelly into a mold, place the mold on a "box," plug the box in, and watch the box cook the jelly. Then you had edible bugs that looked real. It was supposed to be a cooking toy for boys in answer to the Easy Bake Oven for girls. Now that you had your bugs, you were supposed to freak out other kids by eating them, like Calvin from "Calvin & Hobbes." You could out them in your mouth with part of them hanging out, and when you chewed, the part of the bug hanging out of your mouth would wiggle like it was alive and trying to escape! Or you could put a "roach" in your lunch sandwich, "accidentally" find it, and then eat the sandwich with the bug in it. In both cases, there would be a lot of screams and "Eeww!" 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I carried over that playfulness to being a teacher. I would use food coloring to make gummy worms look real, both in color and looking slimy. I'd eat the worms after I'd convinced the kids that they were real worms.

I used to get a lot of that candy for my son’s school when he was in elementary. I used to order them from Oriental Trading Company….but that was back in the early 2000’s.
@jimgilbert9984
@jimgilbert9984 6 ай бұрын
@@angelinaduganNy Yep, that was the company, Oriental Trading Company. They would send me a catalog every month, and then I'd go to their website to order the stuff I wanted. The other teachers admired the stuff I'd get, but they wouldn't get any for their classes. I'd get interesting candy and toys for my reward box to pass out to deserving kids.

Speaking of hard and dry gummies, jujubes are always like that. I ripped my tooth out eating those as a kid. It wasnt even loose. It must have been meant to begin loosening soon, but it was in no way loose and I felt it rip the tooth out and I went in the bathroom and spit it out and there was bloody gum meat stuck to it and I spitting out mouthfuls of blood. It was gnarly. Fuck jujubes, those are enemies of teeth. Another one is milk duds. I ripped off either a crown or a really big filling eating those once. I never ate jujubes after that incident as a kid and then as an adult when I had the milk dud incident I never ate those again either. I don't know why they're making candy that frickin chewy thats it's ripping out not only fillings and crowns but actual teeth right from their socket! Ridiculous.

My husband made a sobering observation about those jelly things (which look disgusting to me, tbh). That is an awful lot of single use plastic. Especially for something so trivial. Don’t usually like to spoil anyone’s fun but we’re in crisis in terms of the environment.
