Yea i have to do a half sqaut as the bag is comming back so i dont get hit in the nuts... Double porpused conditioning drill i guess!

Are you tall as well? You can step back further so it hits you at a higher angle of the swing, you just have to push the bag as hard as you can as it loses a lot of steam at the top end.
