Good for muscle memory as well. I’m just beginning to learn Muay Thai. These will be good moves to do.

Yes! If you are doing it as a part of your daily routine, not only will it condition your body to the movement, but your mind as well :)

I feel you man. Nico is a machine so this is his typical warm-up (a shortened version for KZbin actually). I call my warm-up within the program the "Old Man Warm-Up" for this reason 😁

This is not a propper (efficient) warmup as such; strongly recomend a mobility pre warmup at least before click play to this excellent conditioning drill for warmup....or try it as good finisher for your session......anyways....the exercise combination are great.

Cheers. Thank you for the suggestion. The program has voiceover coaching and tips throughout the actually workouts, but we'll try to keep that in mind when posting on KZbin as well.

go whip some egg whites into stiff peaks, you will be amazed how strong your arms are :D

This warm up would probably kill me. I need to stop smoking and drinking and get myself to the gym. I’m already a bit of a skinny runt though, won’t muay thai completely emaciate me?
