It's ok to point out the good actors/actresses they have are given crap material and the rest are useless diversity hires who are worthless and would never be more than a background character in the olden days.

a lot of old collegehumor was driven by outside forces of comedy, like in this video where the intense and hilarious jon gabrus showcases his talents. and these people brought in not only their humor and skills to the writing side but also helped the staff at the time harness their improv powers. this eras staff was funniest for the same reason often say "jake and amir is the pinnacle of CH", because much of it was genuine riffing and on the spot ideas that ended up being brilliant
