Many thanks for your very Clear Explanation. Looking forward to more on Honeycomb. Super Good Stuff!

Great video! I wasn’t sure which levers to use for the 2 engine jet. Thanks and keep up the good work!😃

Great video. My throttle isn't working for a single engine aircraft, but it works with multi engines. It shows it working in the configurations but when I get in the plane it doesn't work. Any thoughts?
@SimFanatic2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching and for commenting. I have seen that before but was in earlier version of MSFS (possibly during alpha). Have you tried un-mapping and re-mapping the control axis for the single engine? I assume you are creating a new profile for your single engine, correct? Let me know.
@gabiitou3 жыл бұрын
Great video, if you change the profiles for example change the levers. Will the sim automatically recognize the throttle or you have to configure everything manually?
@SimFanatic3 жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching and commenting. You have to change the profile manually. Blue skies!!

I just got this today, and am in the first stages of learning to set it up. Everyone speaks of two and four engine airliners, but my favorite of all the jets I flew is the 727. Can this be set up as a 3 engine jet, and which slots would be best to use, considering that one would still want the speed brake and flap levers?
@SimFanatic3 жыл бұрын
That's awesome Anthony! First off, thank you for watching and for commenting. Yes, 3 throttle configuration is also supported and I thought about reviewing that setup as well. For this video I went off the documentation/manual that came with the Bravo Throttle Quadrant. For 3 engine jet I imagine you can use axes 2,3,4 or 3,4,5; whichever you prefer. Interested if you try it out and how it works for three engines; I have not tried it yet. Happy simming and Blue Skies!

Is the Multi Engine Commercial levers are also included in the whole quadrant package or you bought them separately?
@SimFanatic2 ай бұрын
They come with the Bravo. Cheers!

Good video; however how did you "program" the bravo quadrant in Microsoft Flight Sim? I have ALT, VS and HDG all good - work great; however CAS and IAS still elude me.
@SimFanatic3 жыл бұрын
Sorry for the delayed response! I have not yet tried programming CAS or IAS. Is there a particular aircraft you are trying to fly? I have noticed that various functions on the Bravo working correctly can depend on the aircraft and fmc/autopilot the system has for it. Cheers!!

Can you assign axis 6 for the flaps ? I want to set up for the Caravan, when I get the the throttles.
@SimFanatic3 жыл бұрын
I have not tried it but I'm sure you can. MSFS and the Bravo quadrant are pretty versatile.

Hi what type of computer would I need? Wht processor, memory or graphics required? Could you recommend a computer from Amazon that already meets those parameters
@SimFanatic Жыл бұрын
Hey sumitupreads. recommended specs for MSFS are: CPU: Intel Core i5-8400 or AMD Ryzen 5 1500X or better RAM: 16 GB OS: Windows 10 64-bit VIDEO CARD: Radeon RX 590 or GeForce GTX 970 PIXEL SHADER: 5.1 VERTEX SHADER: 5.1 FREE DISK SPACE: 150 GB DEDICATED VIDEO RAM: 4096 MB Even so, to me, the above should be minimum. I'm happy to help advise on a PC but would be easier if you let me know what your budget is. Cheers!

Why do you use axes 2, 3, and 4 for single engine? Personal preference or is there some hardware reason not to use Axis 1 there?
@SimFanatic3 жыл бұрын
Hi there and thank you for the comment. I followed the documentation provided by Honeycomb for a single engine complex configuration which is to use those axis assignments. Even so, I'm sure you can use axis 1, 2, and 3 if you wish. Blue skies Ellie!

@@SimFanatic What documentation? Is it online for viewing? If so, what is the URL? All I got was a multilingual Quick Start brochure.

@@tcssmeetingvideos There was a booklet that came with my Bravo Quadrant. In it it shows the multiple configurations.

True. Those that want the realism "plungers" may want to check out the Turtle Beach VelocityOne www.turtlebeach.com/pages/velocity-one-flight that have both lever types. Thank you for watching airste172 and Blue Skies!
