It’s not hate for me, it’s the absurdity that is part of the complex human condition. There is part of the human condition that is funny. I think that’s why good comedy is so important. I’ve never taken myself seriously. Family, friends, and others pointing out my quirks has made me laugh at myself.✌️

I haven't spoken to an LGBT person today because I went to work and went home and no one told me they were LGBT. Or maybe I have??? And they didn't tell me!!! Just like it should be. No one cares. I don't tell people I am straight. Unless brought up, I don't need to know your sexual preferences or identities. I literally don't care. Just do your job.

This precisely. You could be interacting with an LGBT person but without knowing it. What does it matter who serves you coffee or drives the bus you go home on? If someone is announcing it to you because that's their whole personality, maybe give them a wide berth 😜😜, otherwise, its just people, living their lives. No big deal.

Exactly. People need to learn that. Ideologues have a difficult time understanding that how they fantasize life should be is never going to become reality, however. Just because you feel like everyone you meet should treat you like you feel you deserve to be treated doesn’t make it so. That’s life for all of us. The majority of us, however, have learned to appreciate the people we encounter who do treat us as we want to be treated, and we just let the rest roll off our backs like water off a duck’s back, and we don’t sit around pondering how we can force others to obey our demands. That’s why people are turning against them, because they are trying to force “groupthink” on a society made up of individuals, and many of those individuals are sick of the narcissistic TQ people trying to force them to think and act in a certain manner, like they are “gods” who the rest of us should have to bow down to. They have taken our kindness for a weakness one too many times. It wasn’t enough that we just accept you as a fellow human who has a right to live however you choose. No, instead the TQ people want to force everyone to believe their delusions are reality, and they want to criminalize anyone whose mind they can’t control. If you want to live a Iié, have at it. But don’t you dare try to force me to accept your Iié as being true. You leave me alone and live your life, and I will do the same thing for you. We run into a problem when you want to take away my freedom of thought and freedom of speech, and you try to force me to think and speak how you want me to. That’s not happening.

Yea if you dont hate yourself you dont have to demand that everyone accepts and is nice to you. When you love and deal with yourself you protect your own feelings regardless of what other people in the world do. This isnt about being accepted its about controlling other people.

My son is gay. He’s married and has two children, my grandkids. In advocating for him I didn’t say things like “have you been nice to a LGBT today?” No, I encouraged everyone to be nice to each other. To include each other. Jeffrey says he’s big on inclusion, but how can he be? He’s always separating LGBT people from the rest of the community.

Your comment is similar to my situation and I agree with your comments about JM. My nephew is gay but I actually raised him and his brother so I call them my sons sometimes or neph-sons. We make jokes and have the best relationship even when their mother is around because it’s important to the boys that we all get along. Unfortunately mum isn’t always on her best behaviour but that’s another story. When my gay nephew was around 15yrs old he became one of the first Social Media Influencers. He was very popular in Australia and did TV and red carpet interviews at our Logie Awards which was hilarious. Driving him around was crazy, even to Maccas, people wanted photos and would call out 😂 He got death threats and got called the usual gay slurs too. Growing up we had instilled in him “It’s nice to be important but it’s important to be nice”. He never forgot that. Kurt was a little materialistic but always a sweetheart. He’s been in a relationship now for 5 years and turns 27 yrs old tomorrow. He loves Buck and Blaire too. I’m hoping for grandkids. Kurt is the same as your son with LGBT only. He can’t stand the “wing nuts” as Buck says either.

There is no community. That's delusional. My gay friend even shares none of his friends has identical world views or political interests. Most lesbian couples end up settling down and want a family. Plenty of gay men are extremely conservative. Straight people are not one community. And plenty of gay people have nothing in common with each other aside their similarities regarding sexual attraction. That's the entire issue with " lgbtq++++++ communities" They expect drone like delusional opinions to be identical accross the board. There is a reason why people are outright rejecting it. Because it is filled with mental instability and dysfunctional behavior. Which has nothing to do with most human-beings, regardless of their sexuality.

I gotta say, its so refreshing to see another trans person who isn't a woke lunatic. I thought I was the only trans person out there who hadn't lost their mind. I am trans and I have always felt this way and I never wanted to transition to shove it everyone's face and walk around with a beard and lipstick in a dress with a man haircut and chest hair sticking out lmao. Also i wouldnt ever dream of that because as a trans woman I wouldn't be caught dead with a beard, people doing that are not trans they're just gay cross dressers. These new terms are just confusing the eff out of people and they're making up new identifies every other week. It's madness and embarassing to real trans people and it's really detrimental to trans rights and acceptance. We were fine 10 years ago, now people are starting to turn on trans a lot and it's this kinda stuff that's causing it. The woke movement is nuts and its so great to know theres other trans people out there who think like myself. Ive had friends in the past start yelling at me about being conservative and saying how gay/trans people can't even be conservative and yelling at me at orher times about race issues and saying only white people can be racist its impossible for people of color to he racist towards white people etc etc and I just couldn't believe my friend would start screaming at me just over some simple discussions on political stuff. But thats the woke left they scream and yell and they think that's how you make a point... im rambling though sry. My point is this you're awesome and it makes me feel great to know that there are other trans peoole out there who share my views and opinions. You're the hero the trans community needs! Keep up the awesome work, sir!

You hit the nail on the head Buck with the fetishization of womanhood and as a biological woman that’s where we get offended. It’s the silly caricatures of women that we’re seeing. “Eek I’m scared of bugs” or “I cry all the time for no reason” or “I’m obsessed with clothes and makeup” are exactly the things you would expect a straight guy to do if he was doing an imitation of a woman and it’s just so silly and insulting. The people I know who are trans have the same interest in life as they did before they transitioned. They’re just doing it in a way that feels more comfortable for them. If you liked hiking and fishing before you transitioned, you’re not going to all of a sudden not like it because your identify as a girl or you’re not going to stop enjoying sports or whatever it is that made you, you. It would be like a trans man all of the sudden watching football, wearing baseball caps, and trying to gross people out with their farts because they’re a man, no you’re still you only your presenting yourself in a way that is more representative of the way you feel inside . It doesn’t all of a sudden make you this stereotypical version of what we think men and women are like. Jeffrey is a very strange person to put it nicely, and you see him with his calm, soothing, sweet voice, and you can see how that would be attractive because he seems like the type of person who is willing to listen who is willing to love you just as you are, but there is this very eerie unsettling vibe underneath, his calm demeanor.

I agree with most of this however for me to try and erase the feelings I had inside, I would do things to try and feel like a man, for instance, hunting to make it go away and sadly it never did. My mom who was probably the biggest LGBT ally in the world came to despise trans stuff after mental hospital staff put my mostly non-verbal autistic biological brother in the LGBT wing of a mental hospital and scolded my mother for using his PREFERRED PRONOUNS he/him and told her to use they/them despite my brother verbally disliking that. They called my mother transphobic over the phone, I heard it. They treated her as an abuser from then on and even launched a CPS investigation which went nowhere because he is loved and well cared for. People like this created a permanent enemy out of my mother for no reason.

So glad there is still rational thought left in this world. My brother, born sister 25 years ago never was interested in anything “girl” and I don’t really even remember him being a girl. By 7 cut his hair, wore boy clothes. Because no one really talked about trans things we just assumed he was a “Tom boy” and let him do as he pleased. Throughout time he presented more as a boy then girl and by 17 finally discussed feeling not right with my mom. He went into counselling to try to help him feel better and was in that consistently for I think 4 or so years until testosterone was finally put on the table. He had to quit team BC girls lacrosse because he didnt now fit with either teams unlike now. Never once heard him complain when we would go back and fourth with she and he. He’s always just went about his life as normal without broadcasting everything to everyone. I asked him one time why he hadn’t switched his name and he stated his name was simply his name and didn’t change who he was and how he felt.

I'm autistic. I represent about 1% of the world population. And yes, it's my job to educate other people about autism. And to ask for, not demand, accommodations when needed. But, for the most part, I have to try to accommodate other people. Why? Because I represent about 1% of the world population. I can't understand how people who are a small minority of the population think that the world revolves around them. It doesn't. Other people are not obligated to agree with your point of view. They aren't obligated to accept you. Their only obligation is to not walk up to you on the street and assault you. That's against the law. But beyond that, they don't owe you anything. Our only option is to be selective about who we interact with. But we can't impose our will on everyone else. If someone tries to do that, it will only cause people to dislike them more.

We want to get married, pay our dues, adopt and have the same rights as every other heteronormative relationship out there. @@mamadragonfulNot familiar about Gnosticism, but that’s what I’ve been starting to see more and more with how the people pushing this think and believe. It’s almost as if they want a utopia where there is no difference and everything means whatever that person wants it to mean. Hence, the deconstruction of terms and definitions and the rising use of the word “queer.” Like they want a “community” or more accurately a world where male and female don’t exist (hence gender is a social construct and the rise of “non-binary” identity). Always thought it was weird everyone started saying “I identify as” instead of “I am.” In a way, linguistically separating identity from tangible truth. Also, sexual orientation isn’t viable and everyone just should sleep with anyone based solely off their personality. Hence, the clear aggressive behavior to gay men and especially lesbians who have been the most vocal on pushing back on this. Like a Utopian Ultimate Inclusivity Ideology? Makes me wonder just how many people are not gay men or lesbian or bisexual and just claiming they “identify as” cause to them it is a social/ideological status symbol. Like to some people, they treat it as if they were saying they were into the grunge scene or a punk. And now the actual lesbians, gay men, bisexuals, and transsexuals who call them out for trying to pose as one of them, they get attacked for being “bigots” when defending reality and protecting definitions and setting boundaries is now some how a form of bigotry? Cause all those things aren’t inclusive to them.

I'm going to say something else as a woman it pisses me off that someone thinks that a purse high heels and makeup means I have to call them a she. And yet having a womb doesn't make you a woman. It bothers me that they think they can come into our spaces like our bathrooms. And that we're just supposed to accept it. When it comes to plumbing your plumbing matters. If you have male plumbing you go in the male bathroom if you have female plumbing you go in the female bathroom. They can take their purse and their high heels and their male plumbing into the male bathroom. And if they get bullied for their lipstick or whatever while they are in the male bathroom then the cops should be called. Because people do deserve to pee. But scaring the hell out of women by going in the women's restroom because we are less physically aggressive makes us frightened and uncomfortable to be in our own spaces... And don't get me started on locker rooms and women's sports. And if a woman dressed as a man comes into the women's bathroom she has a right to pee in there in peace... She shouldn't feel forced to go in the men's bathroom. I guess what I'm saying is no matter what you identify as please stick to your plumbing when choosing where to undress or use the restroom. Because no matter what gender you want to be... You were born with certain parts so you should be comfortable enough to be around those parts instead of going into the spaces where people have parts that you weren't born with... trying to force them to be comfortable around someone who wasn't born with the same parts as them... It's especially dangerous in the women's bathroom because we often have young kids with us... The only time we want the male gender in our restrooms is when a mother is bringing her young son in there. If you have pubic hair and you were born with male parts stay out of our bathroom!

The saying ‘you can dress up a pig but it’s still a pig’ comes to mind… you can wear makeup and dresses but if you still have a full beard and aren’t transitioning or suffering from gender dysphoria you’re not trans… if you wear masculine clothes but fully look like a woman who doesn’t take t and doesn’t get dysphoria, you’re not trans… I respect the true trans people of KZbin who respect science enough to tell these transtrenders that they’re wrong

Finally a ray of sane sunshine in weirdly muddy topic. I lived for almost 3 years as a woman named Kari from 96 to 98, I gave it up because beard removal was too expensive and too far away. Unfortunately my life changed in 2001 and I couldn't get back. The support I had was through Rochester CD Network, The Buffalo Belles and the magazine TV/TS Tapestry. The language has completely changed, I had a counseling session in 2018 and the counselor accused me of being transphobic for using terminology from the 90s. I hear gender being described as a social construct but no one seems to know what a social construct is, the social structure is already in place, if you want to change gender you have to blend in and pass convincingly enough for everyone you encounter to except you. Today the community seems to push an egocentric ideal that you can do whatever you want and for some reason society has to bend to your will. That's beyond insane and the reason these weirdos crop up in these videos. Thank you for for voicing some sensibility.

I have feared for his safety, his well being, his process so much more over the last 2 years then any other time because it is now risky out there. He travels for work and thank fully no one would have a clue, but there are far too many people out there who just want attention that are making something so real, look like something so bad, and it isn't. Great Video! What worries me is that these people are going way over the top... They do NOT represent our community. The majority of us want to get on with our lives and not cause a fuss. These people (loosely termed) are ruining our reputations! Drives me insane!

Love you Buck, have been a fan for years. Disturbing that KZbin is so censoring of honest comments regarding this topic. Got a notification today that was a warning in protection of this topic and the confused adherents. Had recently commented about the planet fitness controversy. I know and believe that real trans people exist and have absolute respect for you. Not hating on people with problems. Don't believe it should become everyone's problem though. Insisting that one is something they are not, or that doesn't exist, is not something that should be supported by our culture. Not sure what comment they didn't like. Proper psychiatric care is essential and I don't know if it's available anymore. Don't think I've said anything edgier than others in the comments section. I'm probably not the only one to get a warning. And I have no doubt that some of the creators that I watch get significant flac from the platform such as demonetization and taking down of content. But the fact is free speech is dead regarding this topic. Apparently not just in Scotland and Canada but in the US now. And that is absolutely criminal.

Respect and acceptance need to be earned. I say this as someone who is promoting autism acceptance. I'm not asking anyone to use special language, or go out of their way to be nice. I just want people to accept us for who we are, and understand that we have a different way of interacting with the world and it's ok. Because having to mask is killing us.

Love you Buck. I can't stand the lie that people just hate or are rude to trans people. I've been going out in public en femme for 30 years and the worst I ever got was to be called "sir" in a very decent manner, and one woman asked what gender I was, again, in a reasonable manner, while I was stupidly wearing men's jeans and a plaid overshirt. I myself was one who was deathly afraid of being _killed_ for just being outside in a feminine outfit. Why? Wasted time, wasted YEARS fearing transition when I should have been free. They want us all afraid so they can influence us. Vote this way, believe these things, no one cares for you but us, they're your enemy, they're not people, they are monsters waiting to kill. At this point, it's so obvious what they are doing to young, impressionable kids, and it's disgusting. AND! Yes, we do owe it to the world to educate them, and because of that, we owe it to ourselves to figure out who the hell we are. I tell people I will answer questions, because I know who I am, what motivates me, and what I want from the people around me. People should never be ridicules or threatened for asking. We are all the same, we all have burdens, and people are mostly sympathetic once they know you are not just confused, angry, or crazy.

This is how I mostly feel too. I'm Trans (MtF) I'm also pansexual. I asked myself "Am I really trans?" I would grow out my facial hair and see if I liked it or not. I didn't. I wanted to see if it was just sexual but, even after having an orgasm I still felt the same afterward. Part of my anxiety comes from going out in public looking like a man. It doesn't help that I'm 6'6" in height and I have a deep voice. I don't really care what strangers call me, it just hurts my feelings when it's family or close friends I've told and they don't even try. Luckily I told one of my sisters yesterday and she told me she still loves me and that there's nothing wrong with me. I want to be seen as a woman physically in the same way that I am in my mind. I still physically look like a man so I don't expect people to treat me like a woman. Just putting on makeup and clothing doesn't help at all. It just brings attention that I don't want. I won't feel like myself until I fully transition medically and even after that I know that I was born male so that will be on my mind.

Hi Buck I stumbled across your channel a while ago and I found your insight and down to earth common sense refreshing. I’m currently very against what is happening within our schools at present, where children are being exposed to this ideology coming from the LGBTQIA + community (I’m sorry I even had to refrain from typing the alphabet community there, because so many letters now and I don’t even know what they are all for). I don’t want to be offensive, but I don’t want children to be involved in this. Kids need to be left alone to play, learn all they can regarding literacy and numeracy and most importantly communication with each other. They need to learn resilience, honesty, respect, empathy and how to have good clean fun. They need to learn how to be creative and use their imaginations again… They do not need lessons on pronouns, if they feel like a boy let’s go change their body permanently….. I’m concerned that the education system is taking advantage of innocent children and filling their heads with ideas that they don’t necessarily think about. I believe there are genuine cases like yourself, where people are born into the wrong body, but I do not believe it is as prevalent as what it has become. Am I wrong thinking this way? PS The videos you reviewed is why everyday people cannot deal with the community you speak about, because it’s too much. It’s so confrontational and confusing and if you say anything, you are met with hatred, because you are obviously a horrible person for not understanding.

Buck, I'm a little late to the game on this video, but i just want to thank you for what you do. You put into words something that i have been struggling with for a while. I'm a 43 year old biological woman and I have been trying to educate myself about transgender people for a long time because I feel that there is a lot that i don't understand, and I have been met with some opposition and bias from people in the LGBT community because of it, and couldn't understand why. I felt like I was just expected to blindly accept everything and everyone and not have any questions, and if I didn't do that, then I was a bigot. I did have a lot of questions, though, because a lot of what if visible and vocal to the public seems to be the minority in the trans community. Your videos have done so much to help clarify a lot of confusion and misunderstanding i had and have helped me to come to genuine understanding and therefore true acceptance, not just lip service. Thank you for helping me become a better version of myself.

The last one, of the man checking his body out, felt like it had to be a joke because its so blatantly stupid and non-trans. Before I transitioned about 5 years ago, I clearly remember living my life unable to tolerate seeing myself in photos or mirrors because I couldn't stand the woman who showed up in them. I can't fathom going back to that time of being pre-T and posting videos like his. I've always been shunned and ridiculed when I've said that the trans community has an abundance of fetishists and people just wanting to be included in something they aren't, and that man is a clear example of what I've tried to tell people before. Thank you as always for shining a light on the BS, Buck, I appreciate it so much.

The big problem is not people trying to become something other than what they are it’s the people that are telling other people what to do, what to say and how to behave because of the choices that someone else made for themselves. If someone doesn’t want to play along with your fantasy that is perfectly within their right. The key is if you want people to play along, you need to present yourself as what you want to represent! And that is where these demanding individuals are failing miserably. They don’t present physically in a way that accurately gives other people the right information. So their natural reaction could be confusion or complete indifference. Yet they still demand that you acknowledge them in the way they claim to want to be acknowledged, even with a severe lack of visual cues and information! Non-binary does not compute for the vast majority and that is valid. I have some dysphoria around my sex but I do not identify as the opposite sex nor do I wish to present as the opposite sex. I identify as more of a non-binary person. Yes we do exist but I would not push this on other people and I don’t get the need to do this since my dysphoria is so personal and confusing to even myself. I am close to Buck’s age and when the whole non-binary thing became popular I thought well finally a space I can feel like myself in! But then that space became convoluted and creepy and uncomfortable for even me. I would never force my personal narrative on other people who the hell am I to do that?? It’s positively evangelical. I don’t think these people realize how stupid they sound.

I've had people tell me respect my pronouns and I will respect yours. I am straight or heterosexual. I do not like being called sis and so when somebody calls me that I asked them not to. I respect what they want to be called but I've had many times where people have got mad at me and told me to get over myself but if I say something like that to them. Like if I were to just call someone by their name I had somebody ask me why do you always call me by my name? Why don't you call me she or her and I said particularly due to my beliefs. I don't believe what you believe and me addressing you by your name is me. Still showing respect for you but that wasn't good enough for them and so I said I will work on that and I will try I said. Will you stop calling me sis and they said just get over yourself no. Why do we always have to meet them where they're at? They will not meet middle ground

Sweetie, Cis ( short for cisgender) is not a pronoun. All it means is that whatever gender you are now is the same as what was presumed for you at birth. It's not an insult or a pronoun. I'm a Cis woman. I'm is the only pronoun in that sentence.

@@down2this754 You don't need another descriptor, all you need is trans, there are women, men and trans women and trans men. If you use "cis" then it means that you buy into the theory that people can literally change sex.

Just gives a bad impression for genuine trans people who are going about their daily lives and simply do not need this ridiculous drama.
