This is a thorough review of the new Haro Saguaro 2. I ordered the small size, which is the only one set up as a mixed-wheel bike. harobikes.com/...

Definitely take the Haro. It looks like such a solid bike. It reminds me of an old Kona Chute that I had way back when. It was stiff and pretty harsh but I could get it up and over some big ledges that I couldn’t with any other bike. Love the colour. Thanks for the review and have fun in Bentonville.

Cool bike. Another option for me. I have been looking into getting a new bike. I still have my old 2013 GT La Bomba that I ride everything with. I was looking at a RSD Middle Child and the Marin San Quentin 3. Still want the BMX feel in a bike. Chris

I think the Haro will give you more of a BMX feel. Make sure you downsize if you are close to between sizes if you want the agility.

Hi. My trip to the bigger indoor skatepark was a great success. I did some small drop ins, practiced 180s on quarter (which in my case pretty much equals lifting only front wheel) and got to ride quite a bit of vert ramp. Of course i didn't dare to drop in to the vert ramp but got quite high simply by pumping. This is a big step for me, as the winter is coming and during last winter i was too uncomfortable on 20" bike to even go to parks. 22" bike changed that and i will be visiting said parks once a week each from now on, which is awesome as i get to ride whole winter too.

I thought my (Scout small) with 428 reach & 422 chainstay, 1158 wheelbase was a small mtb. Seems the haro has 1156 wheelbase so they are very similar. It it a sweet looking bike!!

It seems most bikes are designed to ride best at Medium Size and the other sizes don't even ride the same. At 6'2' I should be riding an XL but they are terrible to ride so I ride a Large and extend seat post and stem if necessary which feels better. With 3D printers maybe they could maintain geometry and simply increase/decrease the size of the frame and then use different size wheels accordingly

How do the TRP brakes compare to SRAM/Shimano brakes?
@ShadLife17 күн бұрын
I have some DB8 SRAM brakes now that are really good and these are very comparable to those. I haven't tried higher end SRAM brakes above the DB8, but Guides and G2 I have and I don't like those nearly as much. I have a couple bikes with Shimano XT levers with 4 piston calipers. Those work really well, almost too good. There isn't as much modulation as the TRP EVO brakes. So I do like the better (longer maybe?) modulation of the TRP and the SRAM DB8 brakes. They stop equally as well but allow for better control than the XT brakes. The TRPs are quickly becoming a favorite.

I know you’ve mentioned this in other videos, but how tall are you? I’m 5’7” with a 29 inch inseam and the Haro site recommends a size medium.
@ShadLife7 күн бұрын
I am 5' 7" with a 30 inch inseam. Yeah, I talk about this a lot. If you are near between sizes it is a good idea to size down. Especially if you want a playful bike. Canyon seems to be the only bike company to understand this. They actually recommended a small for my height and inseam.

Hi Shad, what gloves are those? I've seen them in other videos and meant to ask.
