Well, when 50 years and 100M songs come out, you start to run out of options on making something "new". You should know that trends are a thing and that everyone is looking for the next new thing. Just because something is substantially different, doesn't mean that it isn't good. I'm in my mid 30s and love tons of "oldies" songs and I can also appreciate some new stuff as well. You have to expand your horizons. Rap is also explaining a lifestyle that i, and maybe yourself, haven't experienced...so it may not be right for you and that is obviously fine.

I’m 66 ; and even with this life threatening sickness and unimaginable pain , I still get goose bumps every time I hear this song ! It brings me back to the 70s when I was younger and full of life . Update 5-3-23 : I should have died 18 months ago. Death was staring me in the face! But unbelievably, my body recovered. It’s as if the Almighty “undone” what the body did. Update 2-26-24 : My birthday is in two days … the 28th ! I made it to 68 ! Woohoo. Doctor said I’m in remission! What a birthday present !!! Thank you all for your prayers.
