We are all thinking the same thing: how sad it is that it is so true. As I said above, it is 2024, for god sake. Wake up, people. I am glad I was adopted, and my mom was a humanitarian and taught me hate. If I ever hear that word or you judge a soul, you will be in trouble. WAKE UP WORLD.

As a human being, don't be afraid to leave your comfort zone to live on a higher level of existence. You want to experience your God given human potential and everyone has a different potential. Look for the signs along the way of your path to feel more secure and happier. Be aware of these changes within yourself and how you radiate towards others . And always ask yourself if the people you are with actually care and love you or they want you to not feel success. Are they toxic to you or supportive? Be aware of the law of attraction. And when you meet someone new or you find yourself in a different environment, ask yourself, does this person or place stop my growth or raise me up?

Nonsense! Whether a song is a classic has got nothing to do with relevance - just thing of the many performers of the same song, even this piece, yet their version didn't become a classic! It's, of course, how the song is performed that counts!

Nonsense! A song that is still being played is what makes it a classic. What exactly does "just thing of the many..." mean? If a song no longer has relevance years later, the tune would not be covered by other artists. How many remakes are there of "Purple People Eater," vs. "A Change Is Gonna Come?" The second is still relevant; the first remains in the moldy oldies bin.

June 12, 1977 - Teddy Pendergrass goes solo. Beginning as simply a drummer who also happened to have quite a voice, Teddy Pendergrass developed into one of the hottest singers in the world during the mid-70s as part of vocal group Harold Melvin and the Blue Notes, but on this day in 1977, he took his meteoric career to the net level, leaving the group and issuing his solo debut album, establishing a solo career that was both brilliant and tragic.

Minor problems? 1975 was the last year of the Vietnam war ringing up a net total of 1.3 million deaths. OPEC cartels, fuel shortages, Watergate. Air and Water pollution is substantially better now. The Cold War fueled proxy wars throughout the globe. Poverty among African Americans is much reduced since the 70's. Some things are worse now, some things are better. Mostly there's light shined on on our problems due to technology. The Civil Rights Act, which codified federal law regarding civil rights was signed in 1964. 1975 was a mere 11 years from southern segregation. We made great strides in that 11 years. You can eat anywhere you want. You can go anywhere you want. Nobody can stop you. We have a ways to go, but we've won many battles.

I remember as a kid sleeping over my grandparents' house and they set a radio alarm for me because we needed to leave early the next morning. This song woke me up.... and I just remember being in no rush to turn it off because the song just lit up my soul. It was a dulcet sound. The sun was just starting to rise from my window view on the outskirts of Boston. What a time to be alive. The gritty streets. The old box cars. The concrete jungle. It was just.... all the 70s.

It is happening today as the Almighty Elohim, blessed be His Name, is leading us to start the Love Train. It has started in Miami, Florida and will head up and across the US until it reaches Maine and Newfoundland. Come on board the train of truth, freedom, peace and love. HalleluYAH! R. Mike with love to everybody. Let's wake up and serve Him and Him alone! We need love, His love in this world that He made for each one of us! Right on brothers and sisters! This was Teddy's song. No one sang it better though many tried. Such an awful shame life went terrible a few years later. He had it all, the voice, the talent, a handsome dude the ladies loved. God rest you kind Sir. Amen.

Wake up everybody no more sleeping in bed, The world has changed so very much, with War & Poverty, The World won’t get no better if we just let it be, This song relates to what’s going on to-day, in 2021, So sad 🌍 Teddy always knew how to put his lyric’s together so meaningful. Beautiful Voice takes me Way back into the 70’s.😎
