She was totally more than meets the eye we knew she was someone who would stand up for the earth, but was there more to her and her back story, and who was she really? Theory she was a agent of CID of the time lords or perhaps a familiar foe of the doctor? My third theory is she is just plain polite old mp who saw aliens in number 10 and took action as a good mp and UK citizen should though a future action she regretted but in the end she gave her life saving earth from those flying dustbins the Deleks.
