Slow Horses is best thing on the box at the moment. The script, the acting, and the cinematography are superb! The show is based on the books by Mick Herron, and they are just magnificent! The characters are all slightly flawed and very relatable. His narrative takes you into Slough House to Jackson Lamb's office, and you can almost inhale the stale smell of cigarettes and whisky. Well worth watching the shows and reading the books. They are quite addictive.

Slow horses is soooo binge worthy! It’s so good! Beautiful writing and every single episode, in every season delivers. I think it should be studied in film courses

Slow Horses gets better with every season. I read the books first and felt Season 1 wasn't really what I wanted it to be but from Season 2 onwards I was in. Season 3 & 4 are phenomenal.

Both succession and breaking bad took me 3 tries to go and i didnt manage to finish any of them. Slow horses are brilliant. I just picked a random a+ show and couldn't stop watching. Acting is amazing, plot is excellent and on a specific lvl that makes it believable and entertaining at once. The humour is the best part of the show tho. It might be one of the best shows i have seen in years.

I couldn’t stop watching Slow Horses. Stopped me sleeping. It both hilarious and you can’t look away from the drama and neither gets in the way or the other.

Mr Inbetween is definitely more appealing to men. It is really good though, the lead actor is fantastic.

Completely agree with Harry ref Game of Thrones S3 Episode 8. I watched it late at night - my shocked reaction woke up my next door neighbours who banged on my door to check if I was okay, as they were genuinely concerned I’d received some terrible news 🤣 Never before or since has a film or tv programme had that kind of impact on me…. Amazing television 😁

Succession is a very well made show, it's just a horribly unfulfilling watch. I stuck with the show as I watched it after it had finished, so I wasn't having to wait for it weekly, if I had been waiting for it to air I would not have kept with it. I disliked every character in it and found nothing redeemable about any of them, and by the end of the series the character I found myself identifying with as a whole was Brian Cox's, as the father of the despicable bunch of irredeemable reprobates, I was so disappointed and just ashamed of all of them. For me, the hours spent on the show were not redeemed by it.
