We eat supper at 430-5ish too, I didn't know that was considered early lol. Also I literally woke up this morning thinking "I want to paint my nails light blue today." after not painting them in over a year at least. So I thought it was funny we had the same idea. :)

You yawn, then I yawn, now we are all yawning. Lol. I really do the same. In stressful or somewhat uncomfortable situations. Another fun fact: Pets also do it as a calming effect. When they have kinda had enough. It's a stress reliever for animals. Happy Birthday Harry!! ❤❤

Deep yawning is a side of effect . I get from medications. Like anxiety meds they tried to give me. It actually hurt. Happened on 2 different meds. I stopped taking them.

Happy birthday day Harry🥳. Mary I was just thinking back today when you were in Schotland and you used to paint you're nails. It's not only Harry's birthday but youre cooking my favorite food chimichanga's. I buy the frozen ones with the beans in them all the time. I like art trays when I worked in the Montessori pre school we used those colored draws in the art room. The little kids love them because. They could get different art from the little draws and be creative. Thanks for sharing you're day god bless.

Aww,Happy 8th Cat Birthday to Harry-boy. Your so spoiled next to big bro Ollie. Mary and Peter,you spoil and treat your pets like real kids,which is so cute. Pets are so much easier to raise than kids with your CF Mary. Are you and Peter thinking of "adding" to the family another dog or cat (or both) and maybe getting a girl this time so Ollie and Harry have a sister? Will have to check out Peter's vlog and see what's going on that he switched to the living room and not the usual 3rd floor room. Have a great day guys. Look forward to seeing tommorrow. We eat at 5pm too! Mum started it as we would come home from school and fill up on snacks then not eat dinner I found it too early as a grown adult, but now I eat breakfast later and then it is my late lunch and an evening snack at 9pm

Hi again,commented before the video was over and before Mary showed off her nails. They look great. Purple for CF awareness girl!😁💜 In the future if you want salon style nails,you should try Color Street (or similar brand) nail stickers and see what you think. I've tried nail stickers twice,but my nails are weak and they won't stick well and my fingers are too wide(club fingers☹). But I might try again sometime and next time prep my nails with the prep pads and also not do them after I wash my body or hands for 1-2 hours if possible. Probably have a nail keratin problem with me having CF and the drugs I take and also club fingers which all people have born with CF get.

Mary, yawning is a very common warning sign of a coming migraine. It doesn't seem like that's the problem in your case, but there could be a connection to the stress of the event. Just something to keep in mind. I yawn a lot since I'm now chronic, but I only recently learned how many others have the problem. I always thought it was just me being tired from not sleeping.

Grazing is good for you. My doctor wants me to eat five small meals a day because of a stomach problem I have. I’m lucky to be able to eat once a day, due to nausea from that condition and an inability to swallow that comes and goes.
