Harry, your adventure inspired me to take one of my own recently. A friend and I did over 100 miles cruising and camping around the San Juan islands in a 15 foot aluminum boat with a 30hp motor. It’s about the only place in the world that could compare with Scotland. Thanks for this wonderful series.

Another cracking video Harry. It was a shame Goodwin got a puncture, I could see it when it was rolling off the trailer, but there was nothing that could of been done as Goodwin was past the point of no return. You just had to let it carry on into the water, good job it stayed afloat.

I was looking forward to seeing my hometown, then you cut through crinan canal. - If you went to Campbeltown you would not have burst the boat. Awesome series and brave heading out to sea on that boat. The amount of gear you guys have is amazing.

Very good point about going the long way, around the Mull of Kintyre, to avoid silly mishaps. Arguably, using the Crinan canal is a cheat too, because it's not part of the natural coastline. Are they going to do similarly with the Caledonian canal? I sincerely hope not.
