By the way, I've done a lot of research lately on what is good and not good for someone with cardio issues and the only thing I would eliminate from this brekkie is the toast which could easily be replaced with a keto bread or hash brown. An easy chimmi recipe mortar and pessel grind 2 cloves of garlic up add salt and pepper add chilli flakes add red wine vinegar add olive oil and parsley and coriander..easy consistent recipe.

What's wrong with the algorithm!? I watched one of your vids 1 year ago! Only now I'm reminded😢 Anyways, my Gramps, Fred would approve of the whole bulb of garlic in the chimichuri. He ate it raw, crushed on toast with butter after eating his oatmeal porridge everyday. He lived to 90 years old , Nov. 2022. Well my Iranian friend eats only raw onion, as most of them. I do believe Fred deserves to be treated as an equal at the dinner table. With an amazing human as you are someone has to taste test all the dinners, breakfasts, leftovers and odds and ends that could make an awesome meal. On a serious note, it could be a side dish for the dogs that accompany humans (bushwalking, swimming, mountain biking, beach and river walks). Saving space, providing good quality food for them is important. Especially if it’s only 1 human 1dog or a family and dog. What can you let drop off the plate vs what not too. Just got your book. Can’t wait to read it and then get out there to try some of them out. 👍👍
