I play a dirty version of this build against zerg or protos but I cannot keep up with the macro. I build my fist supply depo and barracks with the barracks in their natural blocking their hatch by sending my very first scv towards it if the barracks finishes build a bunker out of sight in their mineral lines in the natural for later. At the same time I build my second barracks on my ramp. The barracks in their natural is to delay their natural so if it doesn't finish don't worry cancel and expand. second barracks get tech lab after the factory starts this is for the fastest possible Battlecruiser. I don't think you should proxy the starport unless the contain works. Either way build your second supply depo and take your natural as your factory builds and start making your starport before adding the factories tech lab. I perfer to stay on one gas until my starport starts. As your command center finishes, time building your refineries so that the remaining three finish at the same time as the expansion. take this time to continue building marines one mine and one tank while teching up the tech tree as fast as possible towards battlecruisers, the mine is incase of air attack at home. Don't send units made at your base to the front put them in a bunker at home or near your mineral lines unless your contain is winning for some reason, the frontal assault a distraction. As soon as your starport finishes start building your fusion core and remember to start your tech lab before it finishes. once you start your first battlecruiser make a third and when its half finished send all of your forces and 4 scvs across the map leaving 1 marine in your single bunker and the mine in your mineral lines. Start yamato when the battlecruiser finishes build supply depos. Depending how the battle is going you can build battlecruiser then raven or raven then battlecruiser. you want two ravens when you max and 3 vikings for every 2 battlecruisers. When the first true battle strikes your first battlecruiser should be finishing.. Its a battlecruiser so send it to the battle destroy their entire army and then take out their base. I call this build the snapping turtle. Its a little bit of a turtle but it comes out of its shell quickly to snap up its kill. Its not a cheese its a good build that I unfortunately can't execute in real time.

Epic games! As many others have said ravens would have made the build better, but that would be rather missing the point of the Bob build. The whole point is to have a unit cpmp you can win with that uses the least possible APM to allow more time to type odd and possibly offensive things to your opponent! So mass BC was totally the right call :)

The main problem is 2 tj BC squad can snipe a spire fairly fast... which would then be the best tiem to move in and attack the corruptors elimianting tech structures seems ot be gone form yoru vision shoudl always be in your memeory once located of vital and proimary attack structures.. One thing I hatedas zerg is the lenght of time it woudl take for your spire... I always thought once you build your first tech structure.. you should have a faster build time to rebuilding subsquent structures, by about 10 seconds.. since.. god.. spire.. when destroyed and theres air out there is cry. cry.

So... a interesting cheese is two base... attack and a very late third base and fourth base trasnition... its like. 16 marines... two medivacs and 3 siege tanks... 1-2 battle cruisers... this cna be buitl relatively early... the point is... marines are early defence tank is early turtle defence.. bc's start one up as soon as possible this should hit around .. 6 minute mark I htink or a bit later... dependso n how many start ports.. the point is ... to turtle and then... send your marines 16 of them... and bcs... the drop is to hit and kill their ecnomic line on one side whiel your bc's fly in and attack the eocnomy on teh other side.. 1 flys in and 1 warps to cathc up to the other.. and onyl one bc shudl survive in the exchange... one warps out, might beable to flythe other out... but hte point is to devastate the economy of your opponeent, and you shoudl havea good sense of their army... when doing this...... during the attack.. depending on what your opponent has. you match you military and rebuild alwaysa bit.. to defend more so more siege tanks behind it and more marines and maruaders.. and starta third cc and flying yoyur main to the 4rth.. so depending on what goes on the plan is to have 3cc re using your main on your forth, transfering the main scvs to the third.. and rebuilding another cc 4rth at hte main later to finsih off that area... 5:34 - 5:54.. its one factory.. two starports and 2 barracks a few reactors and sci bays... yomato should hit just after your intial engagement, but the problem is map size depenednt on timings... as long as your opponenet is 1 base all inning your 16 marine drop with bc's pnthe perphery shoudl be fairly good.

How do you beat mass-air toss as a terran? I've just started SC2 so my micro sux sooo hard.... I've faced mass carrier-phoenix army with some tempest's with tectonic destabilizer upgrade. Tryed to counter it with vikings, EMP from ghosts and anti-armor missle from raven + ~20 marines with couple of medivacs, but with no success because of my poor micro :D Some advise needed

Much easier to not let them get there. Attack before 10 minutes they won't have mass air yet, and if you keep attacking they'll never be able to transition unless they just outmacro you a lot. Assuming the protoss and terran are the same skill level, it's easier for terran to win early on and easier for toss to win with a mass air army. Even GM terran players struggle to control mass viking ghosts

Don't over complicate follow a real build, build your bio hit your push on time, and just stim into his production, don't worry about killing his air unit if you kill all his eco and production you can ignore his 2-3 flying units he could afford in the first 6 minutes
