Awesome Justin! Glad you're making videos of these races! I'm in the light blue jersey with red helmet during the first 20 mins! Fun to relive the race. 👍

Thank you! Ah yes, tried to hang up with you guys but couldn’t. 😉 I watch these videos enough before my races I figured I should start making them myself. Good to use to analyze too.

You are a strong racer especially with the conditions of some of the gravel roads.

Nice video Justin. I see that you have the Thunderhawk and the B Jaxon. Im trying to decide on which one to purchase. Whats your opinion of each? Im 6'3" 200lbs, 33" inseam believe I will need a 58.5. Thanks.

If you’re buying primarily for dedicated training, gravel/road or adventure racing, Thunderhawk. If you’re looking for purely adventure riding to spend a lot of time off road and in the woods, Beaux. Thunderhawk is a little snappier, but Beaux’s tire clearance adds a lot of confidence ripping singletrack or sketchy areas. I’m 5’11” with a 32” inseam and ride 55.5 in both. 57 would definitely be too big for me due to seat tube length. Dustin at Bearclaw can help you narrow size as well. He’s excellent to work with. Or, use Bike Insights to compare geo to other bikes you know fit well.
