Hello! Haven't watched your videos in a while. I love miso soup, so I really like this video! I learned that miso soup can contain so many different, simple ingredients and still be delicious! When I buy miso paste in the past, I could never finish it on time and it made me feel very bad. So lately I've been making soup using only dashi. Maybe now I can start buying miso paste again :D
