so she has around 32000 citations on her works. now think about the amount of research that she has plagued and messed up.

She not only wasted her time, but also everyone's time as they applied the data that she gave them. as she fudged the data in her studies. So SAD. A career ruined.

It is sad that the peer review system in academia failed so bad this time.

Francesca, you forgot to say that the situation itself is when the seller talks about the presence of "another buyer" strongly and the buyer's position is weak. Thus, Logan's family finds itself in a weak position. This technique is called framing (described by Nobel laureate Kahneman) and in the series we see an excellent demonstration of how to use it in practice.

Mix into your ire against those who deny science, those who feed them reason to. I've heard the litanies. They're long and a lot of it checks out. Now, thanks to Francesca, there's yet another tale. She, or someone close to her, committed the ultimate sin. There is a thing worse than denying science.

Harvard BUSINESS professor analyzing FICTION? you can't think of a real-life example to talk about, professor? what a waste
@magnificent744

Real-life rarely show you the different steps in a negotiation. Most people only have films and tv as examples of how negotiations work.

@@magnificent744 with real-life examples, you can work out what people were thinking in retrospect. that's what business case studies do. in films and tv, the negotiations are based on FICTIONAL thought processes and events.
