"I dont care if you're innocent or not, you're going to prison", that alone should be enough to jepordize any case Malik tried to bring up, as there's a malicious intent to prosecute for harm rather then based on a legal precedent. The fact that instead of producing evidence with 24 hours, and instead went to the press and made a wild accusation to sling mud in the water, the judge should've taken that into consideration instead of immediately turning on Harvey like that.

eh the entire show is based on extreme lies about the legal system. That's why it took so long for people to figure out that Mike didn't have a bar license. The very first time he stepped in court he would have been found as the Judge would have asked him for his bar number as just part of the introductions.

I don’t hate her, I love her character a lot, I just don’t like it when she’s a bit arrogant and thinks she can get away with things because “I’m Donna.” Her getting in trouble for impersonating a DOT officer was needed for the plot and the character.
