I’m neither a beginner nor am l over 50 but l love this quick routine. I do it a couple times weekly. 50 will probably catch me still doing it! 😂

Love your workouts! (the annoying part is when you have to get up from the floor to skip the ads and then get back down again. There were a lot of ads in todays session!)

Hey hasfit I really appreciate your workouts they're so motivating. I would like to ask for some some strength workouts with no equipment whatsoever as I am a beginner and I currently don't have dumbells and I travel a lot so it's not feesible to be taking them with me to places even if I were to buy them. Again thank you so much for your home workouts

A friend actually suggested this, knowing that I absolutely hate to exercise (but I KNOW I need to). I'm 68 and definitely not in shape. My question is this: I cannot get down on the floor and get back up w/o assistance (911), so what do I do when there are floor exercises?
