Hasselback Potatoes on the Silverbac
To me, a hasselback potato is the the best way to prepare a backed potato. It allows you to actually get flavor throughout the entire potato and plus it looks cool!
**What You Need**

The first thing we need to do is get these potatoes cut for the hasselback potatoes. I cut a small portion off of the bottom in order to make them sit flat and easier to slice. Then we place them between two wooden spoon and slice them all the way across.
I like to cook this recipe in a cast iron skillet. I grease it up good with some butter and place the potatoes in the skillet. Add the onion to the center, a little "Grit" and garlic cloves. Placed the skillet in the Grilla Grills Silverbac at 350 Degrees.
About every 15 minutes, I basted the potatoes with the butter from the bottom of the skillet. Once the potatoes are fork tender, I removed them from the grill and added all of the toppings. Placed back on the grill until they were good and bubbly.
This recipe makes for a great meal or side to a huge Steak! It allows you to be creative and turn out some great potatoes!
