@@codycooper320 Not the shiny rates. Egg ratings that Niantic provides are the problem. All five of the Pokemon were on the same egg rating. Players should be getting closer to equal for all 5, but it seems like players are getting Riolu the least, then Meowth, with the other three being about equal. I assume in reality Riolu and Meowth are 4 and 3 egg rating, with the other three being a common 1.

I was drinking at a party and went to the toilet, decided to open Go and an egg hatched. It was shiny riolu and I legit died 😂 I was celebrating and others in the bathroom were congratulating me because they thought it was news on a job I had applied for. Nope way better! Love my yellow boi. Can’t bring myself to evolve him because he is so cute. Praying for another soon…

I knew the results before I clicked on the video. I've hatched about 7 7km eggs for this event and didn't even see 1 Riolu. I've hatched 33 total in the game and have been lucky enough to get 2 shinies. I feel for Nick, hope one day he gets a shundo.

Is it me or are 10 km eggs way more common than they used to be? The last quarter patch distant community day I hatched 9 10km eggs and 3 12 km eggs. I got the 10 km eggs pretty quickly and think that they made them more common so people are tempted to spend more money and buy incubators.

Hatched 4 eggs during comm day and was delighted to find a shiny riolu. Within the last week I’ve also found shiny swinub, bronzor, klink, mime jr, Aron, ferroseed and Galarian stunfisk. Also found 3 hundos. Hands down the luckiest I’ve been in my life. Maybe I should buy a lottery ticket 😀

I don't remember any quite that good. I used to get 50 coins a day (gyms) so I could get the "adventure box" once a month for the incubators, and it was usually 14-18 total, with about 4-6 being the normal ones and 10-12 of the super ones. I guess enough people buy the incubators at regular price that they make more money not having good boxes...??

I actually did this, too. I'm a pretty new player and was told Riolu was incredible. So I added a ton of friends in my community and online, got friend gifts sorted, then started hatching. I did *not* know that the eggs in incubators at the start would snapshot their distance, I thought the event would scale it down, so that was a mistake, but I grinded out about 60 eggs on bike, with 20-30 of those being the 7km, a gooood portion being 10km, too. I got two Riolu. TWO. TWOOOOOOO. The next day I wanted to go for more, even without the bonus, tried maxing out all friend eggs. None. No Riolu. So. Many. Digletts.

Considering I get most of my hundos and best mons from hatches I would say I am more of a egg hatcher than I am raider nowadays and this hatching event was a big let down. In the whole time I hatched about 7-8 Riolu's none of which were shiny, but I hatched shiny Galarian Meowth and Stunfisk. I hope future hatches are better with the next events.
