As a retired Army member and the son of a long line of military members, this song reigns true on so many levels. Those of you who made the sacrifice and joined the Army should remember the acronym for the 7 army values as L.R.D.S.H.I.P.. or leadership., Loyalty,Respect,Duty,Selfless-Service,Honor,Integrity.and Personal Courage. To be honest with you I would rather have my children learn this than say U.S. History. Too many of our youth today, that is not to say that all youths,do not learn and live these values.
