Unless you've rung that bell (and you guys should for bithead) if you don't watch and thumbs up his shorts videos then youtube will stop alerting you to his newest videos. And I don't know if they will be smart enough to separate his full videos and his shorts. Where as if you do watch, leave a comment and thumbs up all of his shorts then not only will KZbin be sure to alert you of all of his videos but they are more likely to recommend them to other people as well. I'm already seeing people leaving comments on his shorts videos that have never watched him before so shorts are absolutely the best way for him to find new viewers. So if you can find great shorts for him then that's a wonderful way to help the program as well.

I was walking through the midway of some festival this past year, looking at some Scrambler-type ride way off in the distance. Back in 95 my friend and I were maintenance men for our local fast food establishment. We would do menial tasks like hosing off the drive thru and change filters etc. Occasionally we would get a expired bags of milkshake mix. These were pillow case size bags of milk basically. Bro, just get a weight sled and pull it, push it, up and down your driveway. If you're driveway isn't like 25 steps or so one direction, use the road. You could build a bad ass sled. You're good at making all kinds of stuff. If you use the standard diameter 2in pole, old tires with rims fit and are like 40lbs+. You just don't seemed stoked about being at the gym. I love grinding the sled around as my neighbors basically have turned me into Simon Belmont, with all the curses. I love all the other stuff, but for full body conditioning, sled pulls, pushes are insane. Yea, they can be hellish. Your glutes are screaming out for sled pulls, as well as, lower back, hamstrings, quads, calves. They will bullet proof your knees as well.
