I do this routine al the Post Run as well as the Yoga for Athletes almost every day. I love totally. I am a swimmer more than anything and I truly find this helpful. I love Fiji way to teach! Finally together with David, she is my favourite yoga teacher. Namasté guys!

I think this is some of the best pre-running yoga stretches I have come across. Your instructions are very clear, and I have never felt more readily stretched, as well as peacefully grounded, before a run as I do now. Thank you.

This is the greatest yoga routine ever, I've been doing this pre and post run for about three years now, it's not only the best for runnig but it is also my favourite of any yoga, thank you for it. On a different note... I'm a triathlete, and I also do this one prior to bike rides, I've tried other bike and swimming videos but none are as good for their discipline as this one is for running, I'm wondering if you could make routines specifically for biking and swimming, and one for mixed training it would be awesome, thanks

Hi Rodrigo. Thanks for the comment. Fiji just posted a class called Yoga for Athletes that is geared more toward the general athlete, including swimmers and cyclists. It's on our site, DoYogaWithMe.
