Fiji's classes are always so great! This one is no exception. We managed to incorporate quite a few really effective poses into only 30 minutes! I usually do a 1 hr practice, but I don't have as much time today, so this 30 min practice was perfect for me today. I feel grounded, invigorated and present. Thank you for this!
