cool designs, but in my experience their customer service has been abysmal. Among other things, I got a new .25 Hatsan break barrel , and the barrel was completely crooked and defective from the beginning. I paid to send the rifle back to hasten, within warranty, they took 2 months with it and never contacted me, when I finally contacted them myself they accused me of breaking the gun and told me I could give them $150 more and they would fix it. I was blown away by that experience, especially since I am used to dealing with Gamo where they will replace or repair any gun under warranty with basically no questions asked

@@milesstover3724 I will NEVER buy from Hatsan USA ever again. They are crooks, and there are too many good brands that bend over backwards for you, but I do love my Hatsans.

@@shooter1721 Oh great i'm looking forward to it. My first pcp was a Hatsan AT44-10. I tuned it out to perfection. I doubt my fx impact can outshoot it with pellets but yeah who shoots pellets these days right ? 🙃 Bang for money for sure i hope they might come out with barrel swaps because they have great lothar walther barrels maybe they could give the people a slug barrel to make this brand super hot again !!

I liked the look of that Hatsan when I saw it online before it was even available. It just looks sleek, and modern. Too bad Hatsan USA SUCKS ASS so much when it comes to customer service. I'll use Midway USA, AoA, UAG, etc first. You always make it look easy, Rick.

I have bought the FX crown continum MK2 last year, with 380mm and 700mm barrels, but on the end of barrel from the pellet probe side there is ( one hole on up side mark with P and and on down side 2 holes mark with S), what does it means Plz guide me

P means pellet and S means slug

@@shooter1721 it means that we can use one barrel for two purpose sir We don't need the slug liner more

All that is is the brass fitting transfer port. If you want to shoot pellets, you turn it to P if you turn into S for slugs, but you would still have to get whatever liner you want for Pellets or Slugs …that’s just the transfer port meaning airflow for whatever projectile you’re shooting.

I'd be interested to see chrono numbers myself. That fpe they are claiming doesn't make any sense. They would have to be shooting a 69 grain Slug at the 956 fps that they are claiming to hit 140 fpe. No one has done an actual thorough review on either this or the 357 version of this gun with chromo numbers.

I get the whole YMMV thing, but my mileage with hatsan has been pretty awful. I've got a laundry list of problems and issues with any one that I've owned. They are not built well (in my experience) parts out of spec, milled incorrectly, way far out of square, wrong materials used. At least when you break something and buy a replacement part there is A chance that the replacement will be made of stronger material due to so many of them breaking (I've personally seen this multiple times). Sight rails have weird spacing that doesn't match up with anything. 11mm rail is like 13+mm, 20mm rail is also oversize, and notches are at weird intervals that arent even consisten to themselves!!? And definitely not to the spec that picatinny is supposed to be. Like someone just took a mill and cut random notches into the receiver?? Several other parts are milled very similarly. Like my receiver for my nova star is notched wayyyy to deep for the magazine, and it makes the mags fit very poorly, as well as weakened the receiver block severely. The gas block was like 15 degrees out of square and when I tried to assemble the gun after disassembly, trying to mount the bottle flush resulted in it hitting the barrel. A lot of their barrels just do not shoot well. You might get lucky and get one that does. Most have heavy hammers that can be rough on the action, breaking various parts (or even rough on themselves!) I've also had one that wore out the trigger mechanism (semi auto) pretty quick. Heavy hammer also crates a jumpy shot cycle that does the opposite of aid accuracy. And is also noisy. Overall fit and finish is very poor. Just front to back look/feel/are very cheap guns, and the price tag should at least reflect this! Most of their guns are also grossly overweight and do not balance or handle well at all! I hate seeing reputable youtubers even entertaining this company. Theres more issues I havnt even listed! It's hard to remember or even write them all down without about 2 paragraphs worth, maybe 3 of words. My experience, anyhow, ask other owners besides me, check forum posts. Do your homework as always. Form your own opinion.

Thanks for the real-life comments. I have been looking at the Hatsan range and developing a strong appetite for their products, so it is really valuable to have unemotional, frank comment when some has problems. Is it because the the distributors/importer, doesn't do any pre-sales check perhaps?
