I saw "Orange" and I thought it was going to be a cover of "Orange" by 7!! and then I read the description, "A sad song about a girl with an illness and a boy" and that fits perfectly with Your Lie in April/Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso, and Orange by 7!! was the ending song for that anime. But this isn't it at all... Coincidence? Nah. I'm gonna say that "orange" is the fruit of sadness. This video makes me think of a mix between Angel Beats and Shigatsu
