I work in property preservation as well. We just got done boarding all the windows in this old Erie house while it’s pitch black I was sweeping debris up and I had the worst feeling of being watched I was feeling sick I had to leave. This job can be creepy at times I know how it feels brother. Great video!

I really am considering moving at this point. However, it was not in the disclosure when I bought it that the land was haunted . It's not necessarily the house...

The property you're talking about? I believe that this was as a small child my granny told me about. My late grandmother told me she lived there as a child, and it's hunted, and it's on an old Indian burial ground. They only lived in the house for 6 weeks and left. As far as I know It's pretty much always been abandoned. No one's ever been able to live there.

Ewh my girlfriend and I both got goosebumps listening to that one ! The anxiety in your voice carries . If you don't mind where abouts is this property located ? And have you been back ? I'm from Blair county Pennsylvania, & There are certainly some creepy places that can be found locally, some old ghost stories , local legends and what have you . We got the white lady of whoopsy mnt, that's just pretty much your average w some generic twist 'wedding bride killed in car wreck' coming down the mountain.. & whom legend has it that on the right night , under a sky blacken with all but the cold light of pale full moon, she may be sighted in her white wedding gown searching for her long lost love , wondering the dark forested mountain hollows all along the winding twisty road accenting the juniata gap all the way up mount whopsanonic clear to the tippy top at whoppsy look out . Just one amoung many local tales , along with the haunting of the famous Horse shoe curve. But the real intriguing stories are the ones which are historically accurate and every bit as chilling. I don't derail them here , but it makes for quite spooky reading material upon a simple google search. Key words of two events worth looking up are as follows "the lost children of the Alleghenies" & "the massacre of captain Philips' Rangers"

Shrewsbury, it's in York County near the Maryland line. I'd passed by it several times when I lived in South Central PA, I forget which road it's on. I want to say it's on the way to Railroad which is the small town just a few miles West. There's a ton of haunted houses and places out there, Rehmeyer's Hollow is the best area out there for weird vibes and experiences.

Ok I’ll tell my story, I have no reason to lie. I know it’s hard to believe someone when they tell a ghost story because when I heard them I really never believed them, but I know what I seen. So when I was in my teens, 15 or 16 I was spending a lot of time with my brother and at his house on fern ave in reading,pa often, almost everyday I could say. I haven’t really seen or heard anything out of the ordinary and I been going over there for quite some time now. This house had a basement, first floor and the like an attic. There was no second floor. When I slept over, I slept on the couch in the living room and my brothers room was right next to the living room. So one night lights go out and we all go down for the night. I’m on the couch, my brother and his wife in there room and my niece in he room at the back of the house. My brother left his bedroom door open and I could see slightly into his room from the light that shined threw his window. I hadn’t fallen asleep yet, at one point I look at his doorway and see an pitch black shadow of a tall and pretty husky man with a cowboy hat and it looked like a trench coat and long stringy hair. I seen this thing vary clear. I know they say you shouldn’t turn your back on a ghost but I did and closed my eyes. Didn’t even tell my brother. I’m 39 now, a few years ago my brother and my sister were at my house and we were all just talking and then I told my brother I seen a ghost at his house on fern ave and he just paused for a few seconds and ask me if he had a cowboy hat. I said yes aans then he said he seen him too. I forgot to mention that I looked at this thing from top to bottom and I noticed I didn’t see any feet. It was floating. So there ya have it. How did my brother know he had a cowboy hat . He then told me of other stuff in that house but I gotta get to bed. That’s my story and it’s true, I know what I seen.

That was a good story. I'm so interested in this paranormal shit I'm always skeptical when I watch these ghost videos trying to look for any clues that its fake or the people are full of shit because I've never had any experience. That was entertaining though.

I live in Eastern Pennsylvania and I lived in a new home constructed in 1980 I moved in shortly after it was built And that feeling that someone was there was very heavy There were times it was so bad that I would leave and go drive There were a bunch of houses built around the same time and I later learned that they all had experiences with the paranormal. Some were poltergeist activity One of the women was a painter and she painted different things. She had recently painted an Indian and she sold the painting to the Allentown Library. She painted the Indian again The night after the poltergeist activity in her art loft, she saw the loft was thrown about but the painting of the Indian had changed and the Indian had a scar on his face. She asked me if I had been up there and I said no. She told me what happened and she went to the Library and she saw the painting she had sold them had also changed. The same Indian and the same scar. She began looking through the library historical documents and found a drawing of that same Indian with the scar. She also found the area where our houses were built was Indian burial lands. The last time I was in that house was when it was sold in the summer of 2005 And there was still a feeling of someone watching you. It wasn't as bad most of the time as it had been. My guess is that whatever was there knew I was leaving I remember when I was a young kid I was sensitive to the paranormal. When I was 7 moving into an apartment building that was built in 69 and it was 77, so not existed very long, and nothing existed before the buildings, when I walked in the front room was on the left and the stairs to the second floor just past that and then the kitchen. As I walked past the stairs I looked up them and saw an older maybe 50ish guy, balding, wearing the checked plaid pants walking around upstairs I get chills just thinking about it And my parents told me to go look upstairs and I said there is a guy up there And my father went up the stairs and no one was up there I never found out the history but I would bet the previous tenant had been this guy and he probably died there I live in a mobile home and I moved it from upstate NY and it was purchased from the original owner Where it used to sit in upstate NY when I bought it, I felt a presence in the bedroom at the front. It was heavy but not threatening I asked one of my neighbors if anyone had died in my house He said no, but before your trailer was another trailer for a year and before that was an old 1950s trailer that a single guy lived in for his whole life and he died in the room where the front of my trailer sat. Some people don't feel this stuff, but I do, and I have had an experience here after I bought some Pachinco machines from the 1950s or 60s I swear I would come out of my bedroom and see an old guy sitting on the couch. Almost every time I would see him Once I sold the machines I never saw him again A lot of guys who went to Korea or Vietnam, they would get their first Liberty pass for 3 days and go to Japan and they would go to the bar and they would have sex for the first time and with an exotic Asian woman, and they would be on cloud 9 and go play the Pachinco Parlors and drink some more And many GIs would buy a used machine and send it home It would be in their apartment and then their house, in the front room And the wife would resent it It was a reminder of the hot Asian woman he had and they would make the guy put it in storage in the basement or garage or attic and she would throw it out once he passed away The ones I bought had rust circles from decades of sitting in a basement or garage on their back. I cleaned them and took them apart and fixed them and wired them up I loved hearing them make the Ring sound and the lights light up for the first time in 40 or 50 years And I think the guy who owned it stayed with the machine and was happy to see it working again

Well a few things makes me think this guy is full of shit. Most people who encounter shit like this actually tell people where they were. Also he doesn't seem to be recalling memories rather fabricating a story. As far as where he was at when this supposedly happened, being a preservationist, he isn't going to tell a bunch of people on youtube where he was because he will most likely lose his job and I get that. But yeah he's making shit up I would have to say.
