Great picks. For me the most brutal horror villains are: 1. Art the Clown - just brutal gore scenes all around in those Terrifier movies. Doesn't even give af if he goes after kids even 2. The Collector - Sets traps and unlike Jigsaw, it's not for rehabilitation 3. Pinhead - Cenobites cause pain, suffering, and pleasure to humans 4. The Creeper (Jeepers Creepers) - literally has a quilt of human bodies beneath a church and makes shurikens of people's stomachs. Lol 5. The Predator - literally collects skulls of different species as trophies. Lol 6. Jigsaw - sets horrifying and brutal traps that are extremely hard to survive 7. Leatherface - wears people's faces and eats people along with his cannibal family 8. Freddy Krueger - twists your dreams to his liking 9. Michael Myers - brutal and resilient strength 10. Chucky - very creative in killing; shouldn’t be underestimated.

Art The Clown (The unhinged violence from Art is hard to beat because I would rather take on ANY of the people below then die being sliced in half or endure the bedroom scene from 2.) 2. John Kramer (The traps alone...I'm not sure what is worse...having something done to you or being set up to have to do it to yourself) 3. Jason Voorhees ( I do not want to see Kane Hodder's Jason in part 7 at any time, ever, in the woods.) 4. Chucky (Not just brutal, but creative) 5. Pearl (I'm still not over seeing her flip switch in X) 6. Freddy Kruger (Not just creative and painful, but the psychological aspects of never being able to fall asleep...yikes) 7. Michael Myers (He only makes this list because of Halloween Kills and RZ Halloween 2. The brute force of both...they are monsters and no thank you on ever wanting to take them on) 8. Angela Baker (Sleepaway Camp...do you still look at a hair curler the same way? No. Once you see the 2nd one, you also wont look at a few other things the same way either) 9. Mom (People Under The Stairs. She's mean and completely unhinged. ) 10. Josef Heiter (Human Centipede doctor because WHOSE brain works this way?)

Very good video! I like how you didn't just put your favorites in the top spots. You focused on the brutality. Here are two that come to mind for me. First is John Rider from The Hitcher (1986) because he's not looking to kill Jim. He wants to turn the whole world against him until he eventually wants to die. Just wanting to see how far he can push him. Second is The Woman or La femme from Inside. Simply because her entire goal is to cut a baby out of a pregnant woman's body. For me when a villain is focusing so much of their energy on harming one person it makes it feel more personal and hard hitting.

What a great list! Love that back crack in the intro btw! I felt that in MY back! I do that a lot with my neck lol feels good eh? Brutality can be gore and intensity for sure but the brutal assault on the mind is much more damning, that’s where trauma comes from and it’s like I may as well be dead, dead inside that is. Those are great villains that scar your mind. Oh yes, the book version of Annie is definitely brutal! I remember reading the book right before watching the movie for the first time in a theater! It’s one of the few examples where I can’t pick if the book or movie is better, they both rule equally! Haha your love for chucky is why I sent you the backpack haha but Michael also goes after a kid too with Jamie, his own niece! And he’s got a few brutal moments in those first 6 films! Yeah Art and Freddy are definitely some brutal sadists! Like enjoying the pain and suffering of others makes anyone a worthy villain, I definitely prefer that versus a monster that’s sympathetic or has a reason for their madness. The more sadistic, the more brutal. And if anyone laughs at their antics, they match my freak lmfao jk you should laugh at that! haha Hannibal is just a straight faced gentleman and is another great example of the most normal unassuming person being the actual monster versus any monster or scary looking thing. Yes!! I love that evil dead tops the list!! The deadites are the best kinda sadistic demons cuz not only do they prey on your fears and flaws, they can also turn normal before you try and kill them and then you let your guard down and BAM! The horror flick that freaked me out was Texas Chainsaw Massacre. 1974. Leatherface's brutality was so unnerving. The idea of Leatherface killing people with a chainsaw was, at the time, novel and utterly crazy. Tobe Hooper was one of the best... at depicting brutality.

You have a lot of good picks, they're all pretty brutal. For me, it took me awhile to think about it, but it goes like this. 1: Pazuzu, the demon from The Exorcist. He's just pure Satan-damn evil to the core. The sheer agony and trauma he iniflicts on poor Regan, physically, spiritually and then some, alone makes him pure evil. 2: Freddy Krueger. Perhaps I'm biased as he's my favorite, but Freddy's creative sadism and his predatory nature when he's torturing his victims just make him really stand out. And that bug kill in Dream Master is fucking *chef's kiss*. 3: Hannibal Lecter. Not only can Hannibal take you apart physically, he can tear your mind apart, too. I can't think of anything more scary, to be honest. 4: Art the Clown. I mean, his kills can speak for themselves. Or rather, they can speak for Art. 5: Vecna. The way he kills his victims is already repulsive enough, but Vecna tormenting his victims by taunting them with images of their worst traumas is on a whole other level of cruel. 6: Michael Myers. I mean, he killed his own sister when he was only six years old because he felt like it. 7: Annie Wilkes. In a way, I feel sorry for her because it seemed like she just needed severe psychological help. But at the same time, the torture she inflicts makes me cringe. 8: Chucky and Tiffany. Chucky's torment of Andy really makes him stand out, but Tiffany is just as bad in my opinion. Specifically because of what she did to Nica in the show, that almost made me vomit. 9: Dracula from Renfield. He's a frighteningly realistic portrayal of an abusive, malignant narcissist in your life, and he's a homcidal undead cannibal with a God complex. Yeah, brutal son of a bitch! 10: The cult from The First Omen. The lengths that they went to to ensure the birth of Damien is so fucking vile I'm almost at a loss for words.

Brandon Breyer (Brightburn) - if superman upbringing came with sociopathic tendencies it would result into this little monster that can split you in half with one swipe or by lasering you 3. Terminator (The Terminator 1988) if you're alive during Judgement day or unlucky to be Sara Connor this killing machine is terrifying. 4. The Facility (Cabin in the Woods) a facility that holds a bunch of terrifying monsters 5. Art the Clown- the guy never dies and is extremely sadistic 6. The Entity (It Follows) a ghost STD that goes after you till your dead 7. Predator (Prey) knowing its been hunting on this planet as far as 300 years ago just says so much about this Alien like the fact they use as their sport entertainment 8. The Mist- an abnormal thick mist inhabited by creatures from another dimension 9. The Thing- it can imitate anyone and when it shows its true form its grotesque and horrifying 10. Xenomorphs (Alien) in space you're fucked if your trapped with this thing

Evil Dead is awesome at no. 1. Maybe for honorable mention is Sir Thomas Sharpe for repeatedly smashing Carter Cushing’s head on the bathroom sink until the sink and part of the countertop broke until Carter’s face and head was unrecognizably smashed inward from Crimson Peak. Predator is another brutal horror villain. He blasted off Dillon’s right arm (falls on the ground). Dillon sees the Predator running to his left. He turned around to aim his machine gun. Predator popped out his claw and fatally stabbed through lifting Dillon screaming in agony and died.

Fun vid.. yeah Chucky has some pretty brutal kills.. him switching the paint with live rounds in Child's Play 3 has lived in my head forever.. Yeah the DGG Michael Myers was definitely more brutal than all of the other original Michael's combined, although the RZ Michael's can be pretty extreme too.. the original 6 Halloweens were more about suspense and Michael just lurking and stalking than it was about graphic kills.. Yeah Art is a sickfck lol.. love the original but the sequel was meh.. the original is like classic 70s grindhouse, B-movie, drive-in fare.. but I think people complained about how there was no character development or plot in the original, which was fine by me, that film didn't need it imo.. but it felt like the director heard the criticisms and made it a point to write a character with "depth" that we can become invested in, which he did, but maybe tried "too hard" imo.. and yeah Terrifier 2 is waaay too long lol.. Shoutout to Ma.. she's pretty crazy.. but her brutality is more quality than quantity, but when you break her down as a character, I consider her very scary and "brutal", not "guts and gore brutal", but brutal nonetheless..

Alright, I'll list a couple brutal horror villains. Cthulu can drive you insane from just looking at it. It's mostly in books but a few movies and TV shows too. The sadist zombies from The Sadness, especially the stalker business man. Fuuuck that guy! You said Evil Dead so I'm saying this lol This is kinda cheating but both characters reflect each other. Kakihara and Ichi the Killer in Takashi Miike's Ichi the Killer. Both are freaking brutal in different ways.This is a Yakuza (Japanese ganster) crime-Horror movie. Be careful if you watch this. It's very disturbing and there's a little SA in the beginning I think. Lots of death and torture throughout. It's also very funny too, oddly enough. The brood from Cronenberg's The Brood. Buch of little bastards haha Godzilla from the Japanese original (1954). A brutally sad movie. It shows Godzilla killing people.

I think Joker is more brutal than any of these guys in the comics, but he's not horror, well he kinda is he is a creepy ass clown, but the most brutal villian too me is for sure Art the clown
