Welcome back! I have a JodyJazz HR* 5M and a Chedeville RC 4 (both alto) and they are great well made. When you played the Giant I really liked the sound of it (I wish Jody would make an alto version) but I love the full big dark tone you got on the Custom Dark.

I believe the Custom Dark is the closest you're going to get to a Giant Feel and sound on Alto. The HR is an awesome piece. Glad you have it!
