ange ball is a very demanding tactic and we signing kids for a reason; like, their " physical condition" are more fresh without any serious injury in the past, they are more likely to maintaining their performance in this level for long term also lots of the senior ones wouldn't want to play in his system because it'll shorten their career.

Unpopular opinion: Have some faith and be patient. I'm sick of the pattern of changing managers just two years after they're appointed. Also, Brennan will become a top class winger in the league within two seasons.

Problem with that is ange brings in really good young players yet doesn't start majority of them and ange never stays too long past 2/2.5 years... all levy signings or for the most part

HMMM....So the fanbase moans and whines about the quality of negative/defensive football under the previous decorated managers; then someone comes in with fresh ideas and gets you back in Europe and on an upward trajectory; then you lose one away game against a very good side and draw another away game despite playing the better football in both games and have a great 4-0 win at home. And yes, it is just the start of the season. Results can be fickle, especially with new players to new systems. And now you can't wait to get rid of the guy? SPURSY

Partly: Solanke, young potential players and moving on deadwood but Not adding quality players to first team, hence we had to renew Werner (poor) loan deal, no quality no 6, keeping Davies (poor) and no real left back cover to keep Udogie on his toes. Furthermore Eze should have been bought with selling of Richarlison.

Seriosuly some of the utter drivel, trust the system? What system? This philosophy ie the system relates to the clubs philosophy not the managers. The idea is simple, a way of playing through the club, a manager who plays that way and a group of players who play that way circa Brighton. Players leave, managers leave but they keep it going. Under levy we brought in maureen and conte who just aint spurs managers. Good managers but wrong club or vice versa, a terrible fit. Now we have fat ange with his nonsense tactics, we might be on the front foot but this is laughable. He simply does not have the knowledge or understanding to sit at the big boy table. And Ange doesnt bring in good young players either, he spent 45m at celtic, the average spend outwith the old firm was 400k during that time. If we are brining in good young players thats a product of the DoF and now he needs an appropriate mananger to get them playing, not some oaf. 😊

As a Korean Tottenham fan, let me say something: The fans would have hope if the team showed some improvement after Coach Postekoglou took over, but there is no such thing. Even with good center backs, the defense is still unstable, and even with good strikers, scoring has not improved and build-up misses are still the same. A player brought in in his time was left out of the Europa squad while 4 keepers go. I don't get the Werner loan, it doesn't seem to suit anyone, so who knows. The 40 mill kid, and the other genius kid aren't starting games. We have a thin squad with a European season. Ange loves balls drilled low across the box, not particularly Solanke type crosses. I'm not at all trying to say I know anything. But in my opinion, none of this shows Amge bring backed. I will fully admit that I have no idea what is going on at the club. I'd like to imagine there is a great plan. But at this point, I don't understand it at all. And it doesn't come across as Ange being backed.

How unearth can we say Archie Gray is such a clever signing? Bellingham only cost 15 million when he left the Championship for Dortmund. Gray doesnt even get in the team. It was a very weird transfer window that didnt address the necessary issues. Ange said the front 3 isnt good enough. He then signed Werner and Oodbert, after signing Johnson last summer. Its blindingly obvious that none of those guys are anywhere good enough. I also dont get the whole hes 18 or 19 so hes not ready thing. They may never be ready. All of our signings are cheapish punts on guys that havent proven it. Solanke has proven it, but only for a few months. Im pretty certain weve cleared out a loada Deadwood, and signed some more of it in Johnson Oodbert and maybe Gray and Solanke.

100% every team sits back and counter attacks. Ange’s team rubs up and down like yo-yos. Players don’t go into pockets or gaps. Then they are not good enough on the ball lose it bang bang the fat lady sang.

Paid 40m for Gray and he's only been given 30 minutes of football over 3 games. Apparently we're in a rebuild but only 1 new signing has started the last 2 games. There's no system in place. It's a complete mess all over the pitch. We'll lose Sunday and at Coventry and people will hopefully start to see Ange for what he is.

You could say he spent massively just as he did at Celtic, but maybe the difference is he actually hasn't - I doubt he has brought these kids in. I doubt it would ever occur to him to do this. However I bet solanke and werner were him! But what he definitely did bring in was the most naive, immature, moronic defensive tactic ever. It's almost humiliating watching our defenders on the half way getting ready to charge back like a primary school team. He could bring in 11 Messi's but that wouldn't make up for having the charge of the light brigade at the back. He spent 45m at shitty Celtic in a league where teams spend 400k. The only good news is that it's 100% obvious these young players have zero to do with fat ange.
