You'll love Almeria. I stayed at the naturist hotel in Vera Playa. It was a hoot. Mojacca is picture postcard nearby. Vera has a huge market and lovely ice cream parlour in the square. In the mountains are cave houses.

Mark i get that with my feet my podiatrist advised me to buy New balance or Asics as they do Gel Heel and it really helps look out for Gel heeled, great vlog both

Hi Lisa and Mark loving your vlogs my husband had heel issues he used a antiperspirant can and rolled it under his foot first thing in the morning and as much as you can with out overdoing it back and forth it helped and healed his issues also any thing that you can roll comfortable under your foot take care both of you

As your pain is the top of the foot it’s most likely tendonitis. Understandable with the amount of walking you do. I use ibuprofen gel on mine and that helps.

You need to get some heal cushion supports that stop it as I get the same problem Mark. Proper supports not cheap jelly ones and you can swap them into whatever you are wearing.

Mine are blue and last a long time. As soon as I start getting a repeat of pain I know it is time to buy new. Every few years or so.

Pro11 or full length “Superfeet” are both good. I wear the Superfeet in my walking boots as full length and remove the shop insole. You need to try on to get the right size. I get mine either on line as know the size or Cotswolds are a good advising store I have found. This is assuming you have Planter Fasciitis ( policeman’s foot) I acquired mine marching in hard parade shoes in my younger days.
