Can't say it often enough, the editing is world class. How it's condensed, tells different stories, gets from romantic to other kinds, but breaks it up in between. Ugh, so good. Sometimes just catching an interesting face at the right time.

The way they frame it doesn’t get the whole picture. The conversation after my statement explains why I break off my relationships because I knew none of them were good for me as a person. It mostly felt bittersweet or negative looking back at these relationships. I’m sure it was similar for some of the other teens.

Felt so bad for the girl at 5:22, hope you guys gave her a big hug & consoled her afterwards. A lot of times I avoid asking people these types of questions, because it may open old wounds. But I supposed these deeper questions are a way to get more intimate with people, might be why I'm introverted, single, & only get to know girls on surface level, because I avoid these deep conversations. ☹ Lol

I worry for the girl at 5:22 and know that many kids feel like they're spiraling downwards with disappointment after disappointment. Not sure when this was filmed, but I hope she's better. Just a reminder for teens, you're all still children, please don't push yourself to be what your parents pressure you to be or what your peers want you to be. Even if you feel like you've matured faster than others, don't forget about your youth. There is someone in the world who is going to listen to you and appreciate you.

I wasn't with this girl, but I had a friend I had feelings for who just fell apart. She was severely traumatized, as was I, and we helped each other a lot. She helped me when I was suicidal. I helped her too. Until one day she was particularly bad and sent me a simple "goodbye". I freaked. We are multiple states away but I called everyone I could and managed to get two cop cars over there in about 10 mins. She was fine. She came back screaming at me for "outing" her to her family and said I was horrible. I told her I was done dealing with it. I cut off all ties. She messaged me a few months later apologizing and understanding why I didn't want to speak to her anymore and wished me well. I've never spoken to her again, but I've checked in to make sure she's okay. I'm not in love with her like I thought I was, but she still was a huge part of my life and a major factor to why I'm still here today. I'm married, have a son and a house now. I'm happy, and I just hope she is too.

The time that I experienced my heart break the pain was so intense and it last for so long that I could literally feel it on a fisical level. It was like a wepon hitting me on the chest and the wound that was created, was opened even more by beare hands ripping me a part. Every step was painfull and every movement lead to the lost of a piece of me, I was just falling a part. My heart break wasn't correlated to the end of a romantic relationship but it consisted in the realisation that my father wasn't a good person and he was hurting me. The day that I took that ticket plane and I left Australia leaving him, that day my heart break but was also the time that I save my life.

Hi, I'm sorry for what happened between you and your dad. Sorry you didn't get to experience the bond most children have with their father. But, it's good you left, if it was an abusive relationship. Don't worry, if he has any bit of kindness, or any piece of a heart no matter how small, he'll come for you. For now, surround yourself with kind and loving people. Most importantly, yes, it's not easy, but let go of everything your dad did, close that chapter, if not for anything, fir your mental health and peace. Lots of love ❤️

I'm a psychology student and we learn that a person with a broken heart often has episodes of sobbing🥺🥺🥺🤕🤕🤕, rage, and despair. They may not eat or sleep for days and may also neglect their personal hygiene. A few may repress their feelings so that they do not have to face the pain of the loss, which may cause panic, anxiety, and depression a few months later.

Heartbreak comes in all forms, romantically or not. When it comes to teens, you never know what's happening at home, and the school system doesn't see it, or doesn't care. The ones who smile the most, tend to be the most broken.

You have this heavy drowning feeling in your chest, as you lay in your bed overthinking on what you could've done. You wish you could something but realize that it's hopeless.

As a father, the girl at 5:20 killed me!! I know I've broken my daughters heart but she's always been very loving to me about it. I'm so lucky to have her!!! Nothing weird or kinky, just "too busy."

My first love and my first heartbreak was my first black cat. I had never owned a pet but during COVID quarantine I got myself a black cat for my 21st birthday. I have never loved something as much as I loved that black cat. We were truly soul mates, he followed me around everywhere and never left my side. One night a friend left my apartment and did not close the door all the way. I woke up and my black cat had ran out the door... It's been over 2 years and I haven't seen him since. I sob uncontrollably anytime I think about him :( People always think that your first love or first heartbreak have to be from a human...but I think that our first loves and heartbreaks can be from animals...saying goodbye to your first pet is something that you never forget...worse when they run away and you never even get the chance to say goodbye

I appreciate the last minute of this video. I think more than not people think heartbreak can only come from romantic relationships when in reality it can come from anything. It’s important to remind people of that, that losing any type of relationship is super difficult

insane how almost everyone's heartbreak was caused by relationships...mine was caused by family. my mother said to me, "we dont want you here. we never did." and that was shocking to say the least. i ended up moving out and i havent been in contact with them for years. i just hope they know it was wrong to tell their own child this.

my worst one happened when i was still just about 15. 4 days before i turned 16. i developed feelings for this one girl in my music class. she was the sweetest person id ever met, was incredibly gorgeous, had the softest and sweetest voice. then quarantine happened. i managed to tell her about my feellings for her, which she said that she just got out of a relationship and needed some time before she started dating again. thats not bad at all, just keeo reading. we would talk during quarantine, and i only got stronger feelings for her during that time. on that day that i mentioned before, i got a text from one of our mututal friends, teling me that the girl i had feelings for, was drugged at a party and she died from whatever she was spiked with. this year would be her 18th birthday.

Before the pandemic, I would have never understood why ppl are so extremely being heart broken, and for the most parts, I would think they exaggerate... Now, after the pandemic, I can relate and understand why this hurts this much! I NEVER had a relationship before, this was my first time and she cheated on me excessively! This still hurts honestly. She broke up with me officially by the end of 2021, it was a 3 years long distance relationship, if you can even call it a relationship. I found out she has been with multiple men, never once been with me for real, despite she said you are my only man.
