I’ve seen it numerous times, best thing you can do is throw it in the bin and go back to standard, there is no need for them it is just another thing to go wrong.

They can cause issues with transmission adaptive drive cycles on 10R80 transmissions. They also cause you to just about drive up the rear end of another vehicle or into your tool box when you are driving onto your hoist. Throttle controllers need to be thrown in the garbage where they belong.
