I made this today and it was realy nice, gotta admit I used the wrong pan and its not the same. Do NOT use a removable bottom pan the water gets in. That was my mistake 😅 but it's still yummy 😋

You can cover the pan with alumunium foil if you use that type of baking pan

Hello, just wanted to let you know that I tried your recipe and it came out perfect! Soft and jiggly! I haven't tasted it yet since it's 1am right now and I am hell tired. Kept it in the fridge. Will taste it tomorrow morning and revert back!! Note: Have tried souffle thousand times but failed everytime. This is the First time that my souffle didn't shrink after I took it out of the OTG! Update: It was extremely sour in taste. I feel more sugar or condensed milk can be added to balance the sourness of the yogurt, maybe.. But otherwise it was beautifully baked! ❤️

Hi, I followed exactly the measurement of the ingredient and followed the instruction exactly, but 1. The cake did not rise and brown like in your video, 2. it starts to rise and brown only in the second 30 min 3. The cake went flat after I took it out of the oven (after I browned the top at 180°). The inside is kind of wet too, can you please tell me what did I do wrong because I really want to get it right as I like yogurt cake and yours looked amazing.

So, I tried this beautiful recipe today. It tastes amazing. However the appearance of mine was soooo far from this. The water bath dried and I didn't notice, so it cracked and it also burnt a bit on the bottom. But favor and texture 10/10. Thank you for the recipe.
