The plaintiff has the burden of proof to present a visual picture of what was agreed upon, not just saying "eggplant" - which may mean different things to different people. To me, it's purple. The pictures that the plaintiff brought herself to show what a bad job it was, made me want to go to him to do my hair! It was beautiful! It was very subtle and mixed in and the colors complemented each other perfectly. The purple was mixed in subtly. He did a fantastic job, just looking at her evidence! She says it was thicker on one side than the other, while she's showing with her hands and grabbing the side where the bulk of her top hair is... Does she not know that her hair is not split down the middle? I cannot imagine having a career where people are so unbelievably unrealistic and unreasonable.

Eggplant is a dark purple or brownish-purple color, It's also known as aubergine. Purple is more of a brighter color purple, eggplant is more of a deep purple Those colors next to each other are very different. I have an aubergine colored laptop and I also have purple biker shorts. When I put them next to each other they are not the same, color-wise😅
