Love how you dont edit out the ineffective troubleshooting steps. Its good to see that sometimes it might be good to check the deadmans switch or whatever. Sure looks cold there. Stay warm in that sweet sauna! Toss that diaphragm carb and get a lil PWK on the Suisucki.

The snowmobile content doesn't interest me at all, but I LOVE the Suzuki Carry content! I want one so bad now that I've seen how cool they can be. Everyone in my little town has Razors and golf carts, but I really want a mini pickup like yours lol.

Hey Austin, Great video, as always. Maybe the little Suzuki Carry has earned a complete engine overhaul. I'm sure there are plenty of viewers who would find that interesting. I have a neighbor who has one and he managed it with ease. His runs like new now!

In the 90‘s they over engineered chokes. They can be a nightmare on 90‘s Japanese bikes as well. If your don’t care about staying original, just replace them.

There’s a check valve in the oil injection line from the tank also, that sometimes go bad and fill the crank case with oil

I did the same swap with a cv Harley carb. With a Honda foreman choke cable. Works a million times better after jetting it. Fires first bump of the key

Hey, I've been watching a lot of your older videos like the suzuki carry, and on some parts of it, you just sprayed on black spray paint over like the frame and axle without any prep. Do you use a certain type of paint for that, or will just any black spray paint work? Just commenting on this so it hopefully gets seen. Thanks, love the vids

There's an old trick to test the inductive sensor for spark. You use a soldering gun, the kind that got the 2 light on front. What happens is the magnetic field created by the tool triggers the system to fire the ignition system

I put a Harley carb on my Suzuki samurai because the carb on there was stupidly complicated and the thing would die any time I wasn’t on the throttle.
