very good series of of introduction to havyaka brah mana history ,and its guru parampara ,and the peetadhipatis and the and their administrative structure , my only question is today what is the role of peetadhipati ? is it more of running the matha or as a spiritual head , to my understanding only sringeri peethadhipati is maintaining the spiritual aspect ,and the administrative head is doing the work of mathadi pathi ,under the guidance of the swamiji ,how far is this distinction maintained in the havyaka peethas ?
