Hawaiian Mango Chutney 🥭| Green mango speciality

This is a delicious chutney made with mangoes, raisins and spices. Eat with curries, toast, cream cheese or even ice cream. It's a good side dish with rice, pasta or any main dishes. One bite and you'll go back for more.

What method would you use to can this, pressure or water bath?

Not sure because I don't do a lot of canning. After you cook, you can put it in a sterilized jar and process it the same way as canning and it should be fine. It also keeps indefinitely in the fridge.

Where do you get your crystallized ginger?

You can get it from Chinatown. Try Canton Market on Hotel Street, the cake store on Maunakea, Sun Chong Market on Hotel and various other Chinese or Asian stores.
