Hawkeye is teasing its big bad villain to be Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin. But what does he want with the watch? In this video we theorize that the watch actually opens up the vault of Tony Stark, in Avengers Tower. But more than that, we think that Wilson Fisk bought Avengers Tower, and renamed it in his own honor. Now he wants whatever secrets the Avengers left hidden there, to create his own army of mechanized drones.

Kingpin is in Armor Wars, and Armor Wars, Wanda and Vision's Children being taken, Red Skull and Loki surviving, Xu Xialing taking over the Ten Rings, Black Widow's family, The Sokovia Accords, and several of the rumored villains for upcoming films (Fantastic Four, Ant-Man and the Wasp, Moon Knight, She-Hulk, and X-Men to name a few) point to something like Acts of Vengeance happening in the near future.

I theorize that the watch has that paralyzing sound that was used against Tony in the original Iron Man film. Fisk wants it as a garunteed get away anytime he is about to get caught and at the end of Hawkeye it will play a role. Just as Fisk is about to kill Clint, Clint will take out his hearing aid and not be paralyzed because he can't hear the sound. If not than Echo will make the save being uneffected.

I was also thinking it could be a key to Tony's other suits that weren't destroyed. Imagine if Hawkeye ended with Fisk opening a secret wall in the tower and going down the stairs leads to Stark's suits as well as his lab with everything still intact. If it ended like this then it could lead into armour wars when it comes out.

I like the theory. Though I think Feige/MCU will insert D'Onofrio/Fisk and Cox/Daredevil into the MCU but leave the "canon" flexible. So, while the actors are the same the Netflix series are "multiverse" versions of what we will see of those characters in the MCU. Turning the Netflix series as "What If..." versions. This basically gives them the freedom they want, but with the fan favorite actors. Meaning they may or may not set the motivation of Kingpin as Vanessa. I see "protecting" New York far more as the motivation. As that Hawkeye opening was quite stark in its depiction of those events from "regular" peoples view. Makes sense for television/streaming to focus more on regular people's motivations and perceptions of major MCU events like the Invasion of NY and the Snap.

What if, and hear me out on this, Fisk is working with Norman Osborn and Osborn owns the building and found a secret stash of stark tech to upgrade his suit and villains? Willem Dafo already said in an interview that Norman had a head start and we have seen in all the trailers that both the Goblin suit and Electro's suit have been upgraded with Stark like technology.

I'd be surprised if Tony left something lying about in the tower that was particularly dangerous or important. We know the watch was recovered from the Avengers compound, presumably after the final battle in Endgame, but if it unlocked something important in the tower that might have been useful you'd think Tony would have either used it, or sent the watch somewhere safer. He wasn't wearing it, after all. It's quite possible that it contains a nanotech suit, an evolution of the tech we've already seen. It's also possible that it hosts an AI, or is connected to EDITH though I think the latter is unlikely. But I think it being connected to the tower is equally unlikely.

It could be a security function using wakandan Tech that lock the building down. Basically puts a suit of armor around the building using that see-through wakandan Tech Tony got he would have protected his building with that Tech. So it could activate that and control that security mechanism.

There's no way that Tony sold the tower to Fisk. He would have completely looked into the background of any corporation or anybody that was purchasing the Tower. If Tony could discover the secret identity of Spider-Man he would have known who he was selling the tower to there would have been no way to hide any secrets.

I see the Rolex as similar to what the Identity Disk was in the Marvel, (it’s a hard drive containing the identities of every hero within the MCU) someone like Wilson Fisk would love to get his hands on that. Yeah, Fisk’s own Iron Legion theory sounds plausible because he has done it several times in games and comics. If you’ve ever played the Amazing Spider-Man 2 game, Fisk and Harry Osborn make a PoliceTaskforce wearing mechanized suits for hunting Spider-Man in public and even citizens accept this idea. And this whole theory sounds good, I'd love to see this in live-action movie.

My first thought is that Kate’s father; Derek Bishop is still alive as we never see his death onscreen nor his dead body. The online rumor is that Eleanor Bishop is the Marvel comics version of Madame Masque. Vincent D’Onofrio’s Kingpin shall appear by the end of this Season 1 as Echo’s adopted father @ Uncle. The wristwatch that the Tracksuit Mafia were searching for originally belonged to the late Anthony Edward Stark. Just like the blue-tinted glasses which Tony wore during “Avengers: Infinity War” nicknamed EDITH. It was later inherited by Peter Parker in “Spider-Man: Far From Home”. EDITH was able to command hundreds of Stark Industries drones and satellites. The timepiece was lost under the Avengers Compound rubble when Thanos’ Army bombed it toward the end of “Avengers: Endgame” and possibly contained Iron Man technology. Jack did not seemed surprised at all when the Tracksuit Mafia raided the underground auction. Like he knew it was going to happen. In fact, he took the opportunity to pocket the much coveted Ronin retractable sword during the commotion. Florence Pugh’s Yelena Belova shall appear in the second half of this Season 1. As per “Black Widow” post-credit scene, she is assigned by her handler: Contessa Valentina Allegra de Fontaine @ Val to exact revenge for Natasha Romanoff’s death. Yelena is handed a tablet showing an image of Clinton Francis Barton in his full Ronin gear without his mask. It means that Yelena and Val are aware that Hawkeye and Ronin is actually the same person. Whereas in Episode 1, the black market auctioneer made it obvious that the general public is not aware of this. Yelena is being manipulated to assassinate Clint as details of what transpired on Vormir is only known to the Avengers. Maya Lopez @ Echo played by Alaqua Cox will be getting her own spinoff show after this. “Hawkeye” is part of Marvel Cinematic Universe {MCU} Phase 4. It is set a week before Christmas 2025; 2 years after “Avengers: Endgame”. In Maya’s flashback of the Karate Academy, there was a curly haired boy whom was brought down by an African-American boy. That curly haired kid is credited as Little Kazi in the end credits roll. It means they go way back as childhood friends. My own personal theory is Kate’s daddy; Derek Bishop faked his own death during the 2012 Chitauri Invasion - so that his wife could then claimed life insurance money. The Bishops were under severe financial duress at this point in time and contemplated selling their posh penthouse to stay afloat. Afterwards, Derek impersonated Jack Duquesne via a photostatic veil @ nano mask. We saw this tool of deception being used when Black Widoq disguises herself as World Security Council member, Hawley toward the end of “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”. The real Jack Duquesne must have died in The Battle Of New York. I feel that Eleanor Bishop is the real mastermind who convinced her husband to fake his death and impersonate Jack.

My option is easy and very long term. I feel the Watch unlocks how the Arc Reactor works. Meaning unlimited City energy like what he originally intended the Tower to be. Agents of Shield isn't canon in the MCU (well at the moment at least). So Coulson is definitely a possibility. And Fury hasn't been in hiding, he is in space with the Skrulls doing "something", and Talos has been here on Earth as cover for Fury. We still don't know for sure when Fury and Talos switched.

As an engineer the sheer lunacy of remodelling the center of a skyscraper is nuts to me. Unless in the extremely rare case the tower was built with a potential remodel in mind, you'd be more likely to have to reconstruct the majority of the building.

I agree that there's something Fisk/Fantastic Four connected to formally-Avengers tower, but I don't see how the watch is connected. The tag says "Avengers Compound," and the auctioneer says "we have an artifact recovered from the wreckage of the Avengers Compound." Stark/Avengers Tower was never wreckage. It got a little beat up, but that's clearly a reference to the blitzed-from-space compound upstate. I definitely buy that the watch has Stark nanotech inside, and Fisk wants that. I just think it's a stretch to connect the watch to the tower, when only the Compound is mentioned.

I think the watch belongs to Coulson and it holds a database for all the Avengers. Past, Present, and Future. This would allow anyone who posseses the watch to use it as a weapon to recruit or blackmail. Thats why Clints youngest childs age wasnt on the list. He wasnt born when Coulson was "killed".

Tony was personally cryptic in his passwords. I doubt he would have such little vision that a watch can be a key, that's too basic for Stark. It could be PART of the key, but not the key itself. Consider that Tony added Thor's vocal decoder as "Point Break", and Thor was smart enough to figure it out. A Stark built lock will only open for a specific key, or a specific combination of keys and you need some understanding of Tony's mentality to work out what key goes where. You will never be able to second guess MCU Tony Stark. He's too on point to let basic stuff slide.

They say avengers compound not tower, so the watch I think was upstate not from Tony's tower. I wanna say it's caps watch but he had a little watch with Peggy's picture so prob a new character who they will spin off as Hawkeyes friend
