I'm glad that I'm not the only one that cried at the scene where Clint talked with his son. Clint's perspective was so fucking touching but also Kate's teary expression and the gut-punch of a realization on her face that she's the reason that he cannot spend time with his son, that her recklessness got him in that situation was such a massive character development moment. A scene where Kate just comes out to Clint that he's the one that inspired her to learn Archery, that inspired her to push herself to the limit, that all the rewards she ever got were because of him... it just needs to happen. Like this quasi father-daughter relationship need to be cemented and set in stone. And in all honesty, I'm waiting for it more than I'm waiting for the official Kingpin reveal.

To add on to her realizing that she's the reason that he's away from his family, she also personally knows the feeling since her father died when she was a child. To me, I feel like she'd resonate more with the children who are missing their father for the holidays. Either way, knowing both situations makes it more heart-wrenching for us as viewers.

_"I'm not a role model"_ Well, you saved black widow rather than killing her in ur mission that's why she became an agent of Shield. You taught Wanda in Sokovia that's why she became an Avenger. And you're a good husband and a father. *Pretty sure you are Clint.*
@DoremiFasolatido19793 жыл бұрын
Clint was always the "heart" of the MCU Avengers (not sure about the comics version...and don't much care). You could see it in his responses to everyone else's troubles, and how he'd be there for them. And you saw it in what happened when that heart got broken in Endgame. . Clint's main flaw is his own antagonistic view of himself...and I feel like that's the only thing that stopped him from lifting Mjolnir...his own explicit belief that he's not worthy.
